Belleek Castle - A Wild Atlantic Way Waypoint
As part of our journey along the Wild Atlantic Way in the autumn of 2017, we were invited by Ireland's Blue Book to stay at the historic Belleek Castle Ireland. While the history of the castle alone is the stuff of swashbuckling adventures (smugglers and shipwrecks, oh my!), and the armory + museum beneath the castle is legendary in scope, it was the food of Jack Fenn that truly hit home with Cris and I. There's a reason this place has such an epic reputation when it comes to gastronomy, and weren't allowed to leave without full stomachs!
Thanks to Tourism Ireland & Fáilte Ireland, as well as the TBEX team for bringing us to Ireland in the first place.
