Elberta is a village in Benzie County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 372 at the 2010 census. The village located in the east of Gilmore Township, on the south side of Lake Betsie, which is formed by the Betsie River before flowing into Lake Michigan. The village is on M-22 just south of Frankfort. M-168, previously one of the shortest state highways in Michigan, extended 0.95 miles from a junction with M-22 in downtown Elberta to the former Ann Arbor Railroad ferry docks in Elberta. Pensacola Beach is an unincorporated community located on Santa Rosa Island, a barrier island, in Escambia County, Florida, United States. It is situated south of Pensacola in the Gulf of Mexico. Pensacola Beach occupies land bound by a 1947 deed from the United States Department of Interior that it be administered in the public interest by the county or leased, but never disposed; its businesses and residents are thus long-term leaseholders and not property owners.Pensacola Beach is part of the Pensacola–Ferry Pass–Brent Metropolitan Statistical Area, which includes all of Escambia County and Santa Rosa counties.

Silver Lake State Park is a public recreation area covering 2,936 acres bordering Lake Michigan and Silver Lake near Mears in Oceana County, Michigan. The state park is composed of mature forest land and over 2,000 acres of sand dunes. The park is 1.5 miles wide and 3 miles long and is divided into three segments: The northern area is an all-terrain vehicle dunes area where private motorized vehicle may be driven, the middle of the park is a non-vehicle area , and the southernmost section is leased to a private operator. The park grounds include the Little Sable Point Light on Lake Michigan and one mile of shoreline on 690-acre Silver Lake.

Most Beautiful Place in America - ABC Good Morning America

Benzie County - Michigan was voted the Most Beautiful Place in America by Viewers of ABC's Good Morning America. These are the most interesting and beautiful views from our father and son cycling/camping trip. 4 days, 60 miles of riding with my 5 years old boy.
This area is absolutely beautiful... IT'S REALLY QUIET, not many people or traffic even during weekends. A lot of wildlife including black bears, and a lot of attractions for everyone.
