The Musée des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux is the fine arts museum of the city of Bordeaux, France. Established in 1801 by the painter Pierre Lacour, it is one of the largest art galleries of France outside Paris.

France Trip 2012
Year 6 travelled to Normandy for their residential, staying at the beautiful Chateau du Broutel. The weather was warm and sunny all week and this allowed all children to enjoy the activities without a fear of getting wet! On the Tuesday we visited a local market in the town of Etaples and took part in different outdoor activities (fencing, archery, climbing and abseiling).
