¡Feliz Día de Canadá! Para celebrar este día feriado decidimos hacer un asado canadiense en casa. Para este asado preparamos trucha y camarones a la parrilla, espárragos, choclo, y también unos platos más típicos de Canadá como maple beans (frijoles en syrup de arce), poutine (papas fritas con cuajada de queso y salsa), y s'mores (marshmallows con chocolate y galletas). Les deseamos un feliz día desde Canadá y esperamos que disfruten este video.

Join us as we visit Matera, Italy in this travel guide covering top attractions, things to do and food worth eating in la Città Sotterranea (the Subterranean City). As one of our favorite cities we visited from our trip to Europe and around Italy Matera is somewhere you go to get lost around every corner. As one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, you'll find yourself exploring caves, the historical center 'sassi' and UNESCO heritage churches along with eating delicious Italian food. An exciting announcement is that Matera was declared Italian host of European Capital of Culture for 2019.

10 Things to do in Matera, Italy Travel Guide Food Video Transcript:
One destination that’s been at the very top of our travel bucket list for a while now is Matera, and on this trip to Italy, we were determined to make it happen!
Nicknamed “the stone city”, Matera has been quite literally dug out of the rock, and it’s a sight you won’t soon forget. Set on the slope of a rocky ravine, the landscape is dominated by cave dwellings, zigzagging staircases, and early churches that hold some incredible frescoes once you set foot inside.
During our visit, we stayed in the “sassi”, which is the ancient town, and in our opinion, the best way to soak in the vibe of this place.
Now in this video, we’re going to take you on a tour of the city and show you some of the things you can see, do and eat when you visit Matera.
Matera is well-known for its rupestrian churches, carved into the rock and covered in frescoes.
We first stopped by Chiesa Rupestre di San Pietro Barisano, which is the largest rock church in the city of Matera.
We wanted to show you the frescoes, so we continued to Convento di Sant’Agostino, a church and convent dating back to the late 16th Century. We started walking uphill via a series of staircases and winding streets, until we found ourselves in front of Matera Cathedral.
The rocky landscape we noticed is called Murgia (MoorJa) National Park and it’s an archaeological site with cliffs, gorges & caves.
Let’s take a quick break to introduce you to Materan cuisine. Like most of the establishments in Matera, this restaurant was set in a cave and we ate pasta, wine & dessert?
We spent a lot of time visiting cave churches, but for a look at how locals lived in these troglodyte dwellings, we visited Casa Grotta.
The Sassi District is a made up of a network of dwellings carved into the steep slopes of the valley walking into the Casa Grotta.
We visited Palombaro Lungo, a massive water cistern that sits directly under Matera’s main square.
After visiting Palombaro Lungo, we also found ourselves in front of the ruins of Chiesa del Santo Spirito. The church sits beneath Piazza Vittorio Veneto where you can make out frescoes on the walls.
Continuing our quest for Materan cuisine, we ended up at Ristorante Nadi - another cave restaurant that we stumbled upon by chance to see if we could get through a 4 course meal.
Our final recommendation for Matera would be to explore the city at night. Matera looks magical between sunset and blue hour and it was a pleasure to wander around with camera in hand.

Viaje por Carretera en Canadá: De Ontario a Columbia Británica en Auto
En este video un viaje por carretera en video mientras viajamos a través de Canadá desde Ontario a Columbia Británica. Este video es el comienzo de nuestro viaje en carretera por Canadá. Mis padres siempre han querido conocer las Rocallosas (las Montañas Rocosas), asi que decidimos hacer un viaje en auto.
El plan era manejar de desde la provincia de Ontario a la provincia de Columbia Britànica. Esa trayectoria nos demoró 4 días y medio.
Manejamos entre 8 y 10 horas cada día, y dormimos en cabañas de alquiler y la casa de amigos a lo largo del camino.
Este video es la primera parte de la aventura, asi que aquí les vamos a mostrar como fue manejar por Canadá y conocer el país en auto.
En el próximo video, ya les vamos a mostrar todos los lugares que visitamos en las provincias de Alberta y Columbia Britànica, enfocandonos más que nada en la Rocallosas, los lagos, y los parques nacionales. Esperamos que disfruten este video!

À McCarthy et contre l’avis de ses habitants, l’homme d’affaire Neil Darish a réussi à électrifier la ville. De plus, il ne va pas s’arrêter là puisque jugeant que le trafic était trop rapide sur la route principale, il va y monter un feu de signalisation. From Hanoi to Saigon - or vice versa - there are few countries that offer as much diversity. 1) I've honestly never met anyone who has regretted visiting Ha Long Bay. With stunning karst peaks and adventure sports aplenty it's the kind of place where you can relax on a boat for several days and not want to come back to land anytime soon.
2) When based in Hoi An there are a plethora of attractions and landmarks worth visiting. Whether on foot - or on a bike - make sure to check out the Japanese covered bridge, Quang Dong Assembly hall and the Assembly Hall of the Fujian Chinese.
3) I've heard of people who literally fly to Vietnam to have an entire wardrobe made. No place in Vietnam is more famous for its custom made tailors than Hoi An. From dresses to shirts and shoes to purses you can get just about anything made here for less than what you'd likely pay back home.
4) Feasting on Vietnamese local delights should be a top priority for anyone visiting the country and what better way to do it than by visiting a local organic farm. Nestled just outside of Hoi An we visited Tra Que for some amazing Vietnamese cuisine.
5) For those with an adventurous streak having the opportunity to cruise down the Mekong Delta on a boat is an experience you'll never forget. To avoid getting a sunburn be sure to put on a conical hat - it only costs about a dollar!
6) If you've ever wondered what it is like to be in a dynamic and chaotic city look no further than Saigon. With plenty of attractions ranging from shopping to museums, there is never a shortage of things to do in the city.
7) Taking the bus in Vietnam is a bit of a nightmare considering the road conditions, traffic congestion and liberal use of the horns. The alternative? Taking a train. Our of our favorite train trips in Vietnam was traveling from Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) to Nha Trang.
8) For the adventure sports junky the opportunity to go sea kayaking in Ha Long Bay is not to be missed. If you take a boat tour around Ha Long Bay for 2 to 3 days it should almost certainly be included on your itinerary.
9) Eating authentic and cheap Vietnamese cuisine is one of the things I miss the most about traveling in Vietnam. If you head over to the Bale Wel in Hoi An you can make yourself special rolls with country pancakes, spring rolls, satay, kimchi and other ingredients.
10) If there is one place in Vietnam I'd recommend more than anywhere else it is hands down Sapa. With breathtaking scenery, rolling hills and rice terraces it is worth exploring either on a one day hike or a several day trekking expedition. In this section we show you our first leg of the journey heading from Sapa to Lao Chai village.
11) If you have the opportunity be sure to listen to a live performance of traditional Vietnamese music.
12) The floating markets in the Mekong Delta region are fascinating. Bustling with activity you'll have a chance to purchase iced coffee and other refreshments.
13) Checking out the Central market in Hoi An allows you to experience what a local market is like versus one aimed towards a tourist.
14) Having the chance to learn how to cook and prepare Vietnamese cuisine is inexpensive and fun. There are plenty of cooking schools to choose from but we decided to go with Green Moss.
15) I've already waxed on and marveled about Sapa but it is worth mentioning again that if you have the opportunity to linger be sure to get a hotel room with a view.
16) Finally, we prefer the trains but taking a night bus - at least once - in Vietnam is certainly an experience you'll never forget.
