福州空港（FOC）から霞浦へバスが出ています。列車で行く場合は福州南駅などへ移動する必要があります。
【市内交通】
ローカルバスとバイクタクシーなど、街中においては交通の便は比較的よい。
ただ霞浦の名所である海や山へ観光に向かうにはタクシー以外に方法は無い。
【宿泊】
安い宾馆は無数にあるが、外国人は不可。宿泊できるホテルは三ツ星クラスからになるが、それでも2000円程度からある。コストパフォーマンスは高い。
