Glenside is a census-designated place bordering Northwest Philadelphia in Abington, and Cheltenham townships, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 8,384 at the 2010 census on a land area of only 1.3 square miles. The Glenside station is one of the busiest in the SEPTA system. Glenside is located about 6 miles from Center City Philadelphia. Glenside is bordered to the South by Wyncote, the East by Jenkintown, West by Laverock and Cheltenham twp section of North Hills, and to the North by the Abington twp neighborhoods of North Hills, Ardsley, Roslyn, and Abington.

    The Keswick Theatre is a privately owned theater in the Keswick Village section of Glenside, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. It was completed in 1928 and opened on Christmas night that year. After closing in 1985, it reopened in 1988, and has hosted numerous well-known acts, bands, in addition to hosting several community events. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It has been owned by AEG Live since 2008.
