a day at the Ammersee | beautiful bavarian lake
Ammersee is one of Bavaria’s beautiful lakes. You can see the mountains in the background, spot the bright blue water through the reed in the foreground. It feels like you’re in the Caribbeans.
Exploring the diverse vegetation of the shore, sneaking through the undergrowth, finding our paths yet untravelled.
Even long wooden foodbridges belonged to us for that day and we had some amazing views from their leading edges.
After an adventurous walk through the woods we decided to get on a steamboat. From there little sailing boats with small white sails and Stand Up Paddlers passed us and enjoyed this beautiful summer’s day.

It is called trade to the socio-economic activity consisting in the exchange of some materials that are free in the market for buying and selling of goods and services, whether for use, for resale or processing. It is the change or transaction in exchange for something else of equal value. For commercial or industrial activities mean both the exchange of goods or services effected through a merchant or a merchant. The merchant is the natural person or legal devoted to trade frequently, such as commercial companies. Trade the word is also used to refer to a commercial establishment or store.
The origins of trade back to the late Neolithic, when discovered agriculture. Initially, agriculture was practiced subsistence farming, where fair were for the population engaged in agricultural matters. This early trade, not only was a local exchange of goods and food, but also a global exchange of scientific and technological innovations, among others, iron work, work in bronze, the wheel, the lathe, the navigation, the writing new forms of urbanism, and so on. In the Iberian Peninsula, this period is known as the Orientalizing, by continuing influences received from the East. This is when the Iberian culture emerges.
Barter was the way ancient civilizations began to trade. It is exchanging goods for other goods of equal value. The main drawback of this trade is that the two parties involved in the business transaction had to match the need of the goods offered by the other party. To solve this problem there were a number of intermediaries that stored the goods involved in commercial transactions. These intermediaries often too high added risk in these transactions, and therefore this trade was quickly shelved when it appeared the currency.
The trade through this route was a direct trade. Most of the goods owner changed every few tens of kilometers to reach the rich cuts European. Nevertheless, these early trade routes and began making states arise in the regulation of the importation. There was even a time when the use of banned silk for clothing in males, in order to reduce the consumption of this expensive product.
A farmers market or green market or fair free market is usually outdoors in public spaces, where farmers sell directly to the public. It is an essential part in many cases, the short marketing circuits, production of local varieties and consumption of local products, with positive implications for sustainability.
These markets help farmers stay in business and to preserve natural resources, as the wholesale price paid to the farmer intermediaries are very low, and eliminating these intermediaries, both the producer and the consumer benefit with an upgrade price for both.
In France and other European countries, there are street and covered markets where farmers can sell their products directly. Some of them are appearing on the internet, as the Internet portal. Nowadays even produced food available at farmers' markets stalls of farmers. They are in contrast to weekly markets generally charged by producers.
Farmers 'markets have now its own statutes and are usually performed as a rule in the legal form of a registered association, for example, the Munich Farmer's Market Association and the Munich-based farmers' markets. They operate one or more sites in accordance with their rules.
The city of Munich has created also the appropriate platform in 1989. The Munich-based weekly markets were expanded accordingly. This was first tried as a sample, but has firmly established itself in the coming years.
Once a year for Bayern in Herrsching am Ammersee by the Bavarian Farmers Association organized the Farmers' Market Conference. Currently, 2013 Josef Unglert and Siegfried vultures the chairman of the conference. The Farmers' Market Conference has launched a lighthouse event the farmer's market street to life.
These markets are known to provide very fresh and local food, as their products do not usually go through cold as it collects each day which will be sold the day. Green markets, allowing producers to choose natural products in their best flavor and quality, preserving its freshness and nutritional content and do long trips to the consumer's table, it saves lot of contoaminació due to the use of fossil fuels.

A Wedding Video
I was invited to film the Ribback Wedding this past Saturday. It took place about an hour south of Munich at a place called Herrsching am Ammersee. It was quite an amazing ceremony, with plenty of interesting people attending. It was very intriguing to see the differences between an American wedding and a German wedding, as surprisingly there are quite a few.
This a the video I was asked to do. Robin and Micha met ballroom dancing in Austria two years ago, so I found it only fitting to use Blue Danube as the song.
Kloster Andechs (Andechs Monastery) during Lent
Unbeknownst to me, we were there during Lent... I thought the purple drapes were permanent decorations! Parishioners were giving me the evil eye to put the camera away, so it's just a quick view.
