Point Hope is a city in North Slope Borough, Alaska, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 674, down from 757 in 2000. Like many isolated communities in Alaska, the city has no road or rail connections to the outside world, and must be accessed by sea or by air at Point Hope Airport.

Owner Gary Norton opened the park in June 20, 1988. Originally, the park included a small assortment of carnival rides, a main street with shops and eateries, and an authentic steam train that traveled in a 30-minute loop around the owner's property.     Six Flags Great Adventure is an amusement park located in Jackson, New Jersey, owned by Six Flags Entertainment Corp. Six Flags took over ownership of the park in 1977. Today, the park contains eleven themed areas.
