Surabaya North Quay l Port Of Tanjung Perak l Wonderful Indonesia
This place was placed at the north of Surabaya so it's called with NORTH QUAY. You can find this place in google maps. Good relaxing area by the port. Free space, but not much to do since it was just an open space with very limited seatings area. You can walk around and enjoy the view, probably around 1hour top.
Port of Tanjung Perak or North Quay Harbour is the second busiest sea port in Indonesia, located at Surabaya, East Java. It is the main port for the eastern part of the island of Java. The port is accessed from the North through the Madura Strait, a 25 mile long, 100m wide and 9.5m deep channel between East Java and Madura Island. Because of its strategic position and the existence of surrounding advantageous hinterlands, the port constitutes the center of inter island shipping for Eastern Indonesia. Container terminal of the port is known as Terminal Petikemas. The port is being dredged to 14 metres (46 ft) depth to serve 10,000 teus 5th generation ships to be finished in mid-2015, while 16 metres (52 ft) depth with width 200 metres (660 ft) can serve 15,000 teus or 7th generation ships to be finished in mid-2016.

Sendang Made - Jombang
According to history, Sendang Made is beginning from the marriage of Damarwangsa,s Princess named Sekarwati with a prince from empire of Bali named Airlangga, but then attacked by Prabu Wora Wari from Tulungagung. Then the group saved by Prabu Narotama to mount Lawu and ended in a pool, accompanied with five waiting women. Moreover, that pool is Sendang Made as the 'nyepi' (meditation activity) place of Prabu Airlangga with his wife, waiting women and many soldiers, after attacked by other empire.
Sendang / pool with 8 m X 11 m width, seen that it still maintained. Its buildings are also looked complete. It is also has partition of room around it, which aimed for rest place of Prabu Brawijaya group at that moment.
Why this pool called Sendang Made? Because this pool is located in Made Village, Kudu district, Jombang Regency.
Besides Sendang Made, there is other smaller pool around it, such as; Sendang Payung, Sendang Padusan, Sendang Drajat, Sendang Sinden, and Sendang Omben.
The other uniquely is we had not allowed to build or have renovation for any building around Sendang Made. It aimed to taking care its fullness of history value.
To reach Sendang Made, we able to use various vehicles. There is wide parking area, make this competent pool become a recreation place for public Jombang and especially for the tourist.

Patung Budha Tidur Mojokerto ini mirip seperti patung Budha Tidur di Bali lho.

What make something interesting of this cave is the visitors must pass a real footpath complicated length and must take a ride the stones on the caves wall before reaching the cave. This journey is very compatible for visitor who loving nature and like challenge, because along the length of journey, they will pampered by the greenness of natural forest which so friendly and although on the left and right side is crevasses, but it is not fearful. Sigolo Golo cave, is located in Sranten sub-village, Panglungan village, Wonosalam district, Jombang. It can reached using motorcycle or car, but to come to the cave, we go on foot. The cave which has 9 meters length and 10 meters width, for its development is very frequent visited because the uniquely and its history value. From those various story about the cave, it is said that this cave is a place of Patih (docile) Maudoro meditation, Damar Wulan's father in Majapahit era. In his meditation, Patih Maudoro always pray for people and Majapahit nation for always given safety and welfare from God, beside that the meditation is also has purpose for strength of own self spiritual in order to get good personality in his life. Seen from its history, the moral value is what a persistent struggle in Majapahit era which being knocked by Patih Maudoro and if we implement with condition of this nation, at least Goa SigoloGolo can note a history of nation. That history needs to be byword. Hence, it is not strange, that Goa Sigolo Golo, besides its beautiful nature, it also create a good personality of man. It is proved that this cave is become a place of meditation people with good wishes. If its intention is bad wishes, it is possible that man will get an accident, and he does not get his wishes.

The Recreational Lake Of Sarangan - Magetan, East Java
Sarangan Lake
Sarangan lake or sand lake is one of attractions that most visited by tourists while in Magetan. Sarangan is located at the foot hill of Mount Lawu, precisely located in the Plaosan district, 16 km west from the city of Magetan.
Sarangan has an area of approximately 30 acres with a depth of 28 meters. This tourism is really beautiful with a touch of romance in every corner, with temperatures around 18 degrees and the green mountains as a background.
Sarangan lake is located on the border between East Java and Central Java, which is exactly in the western part of Magetan. From the city of Surabaya, it can be reached via the following routes: Surabaya-Mojokerto-Jombang-Kertosono-Nganjuk-Madiun/Ngawi-Magetan-Sarangan.
Around Sarangan, there are some accommodations provided for visitors who want to stay longer and enjoy this exotic lake. There are also some satay peddlers who offer their rabbits satay as the main menu, and other are offering some warm menus like Angsle and Ronde, which typical of ginger base beverages. Moreover, the visitors can also ride Speed Boat to explore the lake. It's a very comfortable place to be a retreat from the bustle days.
