Khokholsky District is an administrative and municipal district , one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,451 square kilometers . Its administrative center is the urban locality of Khokholsky. Population: 29,814 ; 32,889 ; 39,700 . The population of the administrative center accounts for 25.2% of the district's total population.
