Kotor, Montenegro is one of those places that is so beautiful you almost don't think it can be real. We were vacationing in Dubrovnik, Croatia and decided to spend some time in this little medieval town, which is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. So glad we visited. We ended up staying an extra night because we fell in love with this place.

Kotor is nestled on the Bay of Kotor between the water and the mountains. It is almost a 2 hour drive from Dubrovnik, Croatia and well worth it.

We think you'll fall in love with this place. Go to Kotor while it is still recognizable, because the town is changing rapidly. KEEP FINDING WAYS TO TRAVEL SMARTER
