Kowary [kɔˈvarɨ] is a town in Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, with a population of around 12,000 . It lies approximately 14 kilometres south-east of Jelenia Góra, and 93 kilometres south-west of the regional capital Wrocław. The town is famed for its sanatoriums and a miniature park displaying architectural monuments of the Lower Silesian region.

    Czocha Castle is a defensive castle in the village of Czocha , Lubań County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in southwestern Poland. The castle is located on the Lake Leśnia, near the Kwisa river, in what is now the Polish part of Upper Lusatia. Czocha castle was built on gneiss rock, and its oldest part is the keep, to which housing structures were later added.
