Hostel Malmo City, Malmo, Sweden (SE)
Malmo has a distinctly European feel with its rich city life, relaxed attitude and unique appeal and character. The STF Malmo City Hostel is in the heart of Malmo. It neighbours the Opera, and pedestrian streets beating to the pulse of the city are on the doorstep. There are plenty of cafes and bars and its never far to shopping, art, culture and design. Enjoy the Danish influenced architecture, examples of which can be seen in the red brick buildings and the half-timbering at Lilla Torg (Little Square). Guests at the hostel can choose from single- double- or multiple-bed rooms, with or without shower and toilet in the room. Vastra Hamnen - the Western Harbour - is one of Malmos newest city sections. This is where the sculptural Turning Torso building rises towards the sky, and you can see the bridge that unites Malmo with its big brother Copenhagen. There are great places to have coffee or a meal along the boardwalk by the beach, or simply enjoy a picnic on the smooth rocks.

Scania (Skåne) Sweden travel video [HD] | Amazing Sceneries of Skane Sweden
Skåne County (Swedish: Skåne län), sometimes referred to as Scania County in English, is the southernmost county or län, of Sweden, basically corresponding to the traditional province Skåne. It borders the counties of Halland, Kronoberg and Blekinge. The seat of residence for the Skåne Governor is the town of Malmö. The headquarters of Skåne Regional Council is the town of Kristianstad.
The present county was created in 1997 when Kristianstad County and Malmöhus County were merged, and it covers around 3% of Sweden's total area, but its population of 1,250,000 comprises 13% of Sweden's total population.
Scania, also known by its local name Skåne is the southernmost province (landskap) of Sweden which consists of a peninsula on the southern tip of the Scandinavian Peninsula and some islands close to it. Scania is roughly equivalent to the modern Skåne County (Skåne län). The responsibility for overseeing implementation of state policy in the county is administered by the County Administrative Board. Within Scania there are 33 municipalities that are independent and separate from the Scania Regional Council which has its seat in Kristianstad. The largest city is Malmö, which is also the third largest city in Sweden.

(English below)
Tågtyp: X31/X32 (Öresundståg)
This is the result of many hours of work... I've uploaded this stretch previously on YouTube, but several changes have been made: First, the whole stretch can now be seen in a single movie. Second, the resolution is now 1080 (previously 720p). Third, this movie has better color correction.
Fourth, and most important, the movie is PACKED with interesting information – about the places we're passing, about railroad history and some other things. Activate the subtitles to read them!
I would have preferred to make a new recording of this stretch, but it's very hard at the moment to find train drivers willing/able to offer my video camera a place in their cabins. I'm hoping for better luck in the future.
I'm also working on creating subtitles to my other railroad videos here on YouTube. Be patient – it takes time! ;)
