The Little Palace Hotel **** is located in the centre of Paris, besides the peaceful, leafy Square des Arts et Métiers and opposite the Gaite Lyrique Theatre.
This Haussmann building was constructed in 1911 and has always been home to a hotel. In 1968, Le Bail family bought the property and have been running the business for two generations.

QUOI RETENIR DE DUBAÏ ? Allez-y ! Une semaine n'est évidemment pas assez pour tout voir et l'on est vite aspiré par les facilités touristiques. Pour mieux faire, il faudrait un peu plus de temps, et s'organiser pour avoir une voiture afin de partir où vous voulez, comme vous voulez et au moment le plus opportun. Objectifs : mieux découvrir les émirats (que l'on peut traverser en une journée), et sortir vraiment de Dubaï pour découvrir une vie plus authentique.
DUBAÏ, ÇA COÛTE, c'est un budget. 1000 AED (300 Euros) pour 2 adultes, un enfant, me paraît une bonne moyenne journalière (hors shopping). Attention toutefois, certaines attractions vous font vite exploser le budget : le 148è étage de la Burj Khalifa par exemple va vous coûter prêt d'une centaine d'euro par personne. Une journée à Aquaventure Waterpark aussi. Mais d'une manière générale, vous en avez pour votre argent, value for money comme disent les business men.
N'hésitez pas à prendre le taxi : les tarifs sont abordables, taxis avec compteurs. Compter en moyenne, une cinquantaine d'AED par trajet.
Dubaï est composée à 80,4% d'imigrés ! Des Émiratis, vous en verrez donc, mais je ne suis pas sûr qu'eux vous voient :) D'une manière générale, vous n'aurez affaire qu'à des travailleurs étrangers : Indiens, Pakistanais, Chinois, Iraniens,… quelques européens… et des milliers de touristes provenant du monde entier. Attention : 400 % anglophones. Amis frenchy, vous ne seraient pas trop dépaysés, car toutes les grandes marques nationales sont présentes, comme Carrefour par exemple, mais personne ne parle français là-bas. Anglais obligatoire. Pas un dépliant, pas une indication, pas un guide… rien. Vous vous sentirez comme un Chinois à Paris en pire.
LE FILM. Intégralement tourné avec un Iphone 8, comme un bon touriste en vacances ;) . Pas de préparation, pas d'intention… juste une montagne de rush et l'envie de partager et de garder une trace, des souvenirs de notre voyage. De retour à Antananarivo, j'ai passé une semaine à le monter sur Adobe Premiere. Merci d'être indulgent. Je n'ai pas cherché à faire œuvre professionnelle.
J'ai cité des marques… ouais… mais c'est juste une trace du vécu. Aucune publicité là-dedans. Pour ceux qui estimeraient que c'est un peu trop fast food, comprenez que venant de Madagascar et y habitant depuis 20 ans, (pays où aucune de ces enseignes n'existent pas à ce jour), ceux-ci fassent partie de moments rares. Et l'objectif du film n'était pas de faire une découverte culinaire.
NOTE : quelques soucis de montage constatés après ; quelques bizarreries de fondu notamment apparues après l'export media… mais pas envie de recommencer l'export qui a duré plus de douze heures… alors j'ai laissé comme ça.

The Old Port of Marseille is located at the end of the Canebière. It has been the natural harbour of Marseille since antiquity and is now the main popular place in Marseille, mainly pedestrian since 2013 In 600 BC, Greek settlers from Phocaea landed in the Lacydon, a rocky Mediterranean cove, now the site of the Old Port of Marseille. They set up a trading post or emporion in the hills on the northern shore. Until the nineteenth century the Old Port remained the centre of maritime activity in Marseille. In the Middle Ages the land at the far end of the port was used to cultivate hemp (Cannabis) for the local manufacture of rope for mariners, which is the origin of the name of the main thoroughfare of Marseille, the Canebière. The great St. Victor's Abbey was gradually built between the third and ninth centuries on the hills to the south of the Old Port, on the site of an Hellenic burial ground.
Between the fifteenth and seventeenth centuries, quays were constructed under Louis XII and Louis XIII and an important shipyard for galleons put in place. Following a revolt against their governor by the citizens of Marseille, Louis XIV ordered the erection of the forts of St Jean and St Nicolas at the entrance to the harbour and established an arsenal and fleet in the Old Port itself. The notorious arsenal des galères was situated on the left side of the Old Port between the Cours Jean-Balard and the Cours Estienne-d'Orves: those condemned to be galley slaves in the royal war fleet were branded with the letters GAL. According to John Murray, in 1854 the Old Port had a capacity of between 1,000 and 1,200 ships. Roughly 18,000 merchant ships passed through the port each year, carrying about 20 million barrels worth of freight; this represented a quarter of the trade in Liverpool at the time. The 6 metre depth of the harbour, however, proved problematic for steamships later in the century; much deeper docks had to be constructed at La Joliette. In World War II the Old Port was left in complete ruins. According to eye-witness accounts, in January 1943, the Nazis, aided by the French police, dynamited much of the historic old town and demolished the gigantic aerial ferry or transbordeur, an engineering tour de force that had become a major landmark of Marseille, comparable to the Eiffel tower in Paris. This became known as the Battle of Marseille. In 1948 Fernand Pouillon was put in charge of the reconstruction of the devastated old quarter. Over time many port activities were moved out of the Old Port, when beginning in the 1840s new harbour moles, quays and the Docks were build along the quartier La Joliette, north-west to the Old Port. Over time new harbour installations were build further north-west along the coast, resulting in what is today the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille: continuous harbour installation as far as L'Estaque and the southern entrance to the Rove Tunnel, and satellite extensions around Fos-sur-Mer and along the shore of the Étang de Berre. The Old Port is used today as a marina, as a terminal for local boat trips and hosts a local fish market. Since 2013, for the European Capital of Culture, the Old Port is mainly destinated to pedestrians, it has been renewed as a large mineral public square following an international concourse won by Michel Desvigne Paysagistes, with Foster and Partners. The project also consists in a second phase with parks around the port, which will be achieved in 2020 for a sum of €64 millions.

Five Guys in South Miami is a five minute drive from my house. I always go with a regular cheeseburger which comes with double patties. Cajun fries which are spicier and I have never tried their milk shake so I decided to go for it!
Prices:
Cheeseburger - $7.99, Small Cajun Fries - $3.29, Shake - $4.79
Shake Shack
Down the street about a one minute drive on US1 is Shake Shack. Here I went with their Shack burger which comes with lettuce, tomato, two patties and two pieces of cheese. Then one cheese fries and a black & white milkshake.

Shack Burger - $8.49, Cheese fries - $3.99 Black & White Shake - $5.29
MY VERDICT!
I really enjoy both of these restaurants. They are probably the top burger restaurants in the world and both burgers blew me away. One with toppings heavy the other without but with a killer sauce. The fries definitely at Five Guys! The Shake is best at Shake Shack!
If you are ever in South Miami head to both of these restaurants and eat yourself some of the best American Fast Food in the world!
