Lessines is a Picard municipality located in the Belgian province of Hainaut. As of the 2014 census, Lessine's total population was 18,637. The total area is 72.29 km² which gives a population density of 247 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following sub-municipalities: Lessines proper, Ghoy, Bois-de-Lessines , Ogy , Papignies , Deux-Acren , Wannebecq , and Ollignies . It is primarily known as the birthplace of the Surrealist painter René Magritte .

Pairi Daiza is a privately owned zoo and botanical garden located in Brugelette in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. The 65-hectare large animal theme park is located on the site of the former Cistercian Cambron Abbey, and is home to over 4,000 animals. The name is taken from the Avestan word pairi daēza, which is the source of the [Persian language] word paradise. Pairi Daiza is owned and operated by Pairi Daiza Belgium SA, a limited company previously listed on NYSE Alternext Brussels . It is a member of the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria , and participates in the European Endangered Species Programme .

Tyne Cot Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery and Memorial to the Missing is a Commonwealth War Graves Commission burial ground for the dead of the First World War in the Ypres Salient on the Western Front. It is the largest cemetery for Commonwealth forces in the world, for any war. The cemetery and its surrounding memorial are located outside of Passchendale, near Zonnebeke in Belgium.

Walibi Belgium, formerly Walibi Wavre and then Six Flags Belgium, is a Belgian theme park located in Wavre, close to Brussels. Pour aller de l'avant, il faut parfois se retourner et regarder d'où l'on vient pour estimer ce qu'il nous reste à parcourir. Un florilège de photos d'avant et après 1925 illustrent ce petit diaporama consacré à la Grand'Place de Tournai. Complètement détruite en mai 1940 le forum tournaisien a été complètement reconstruit. Quasiment plus rien n'est authentique hormis la façade de la Halle aux Draps, le beffroi et la Cathédrale qui ont subsisté...
