Chinese Food Sichuan - Chinese Street Food - Street Food China
Chinese food gets more interesting the deeper you go. I set off for Chinese street food and cuisine in deep southern Sichuan province by bicycle. I rode my bike down deep into Southern China's lush and mountainous liangshan region, in search of delicious Chinese street food and Chinese food. The Chinese food really was different in this region. The liangshan region is home to Chinese Yi ethnic minority, who have their own cuisine. It was very rural and in some areas also very poor, so I had difficulty finding the yi cuisine at first. Later in the second half of the video, I found a Yi restaurant and had a Chinese food feast! The little village I visited was called Butuo, about 120 km from Xichang.

China, Pingyao - Wang Family Courtyard and Shuanglin Temple 2017
Wang's Compound is located in Jingsheng Town, Lingshi County, 35 kilometers from Pingyao Ancient City, Shanxi Province. It is a luxurious residence built during 1762-1811 by the descendants of the Wang Family, one of the Four Families of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) in Shanxi Province.
The Shuanglin Temple (Chinese: 双林寺; pinyin: Shuānglín Sì) is a large Buddhist temple in the Shanxi Province of China. It is situated in the countryside of Qiaotou village about 6 kilometres southwest of the ancient city of Pingyao. It is among the many cultural monuments located in the Pingyao, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site inscribed in 1997. The temple is protected by the state administration. Founded in the 6th century, the temple is notable for its collection of more than 2,000 decorated clay statues that are dated to the 12th-19th centuries. Its original name was Zongdu but it was renamed during the Northern Song Dynasty period as Shuanglin. It is nicknamed the museum of coloured sculptures. Most of them are dated to the period of the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties.

Located 39 kilometers south of Xichang City, Sichuan Province, the Ninety-ninth Mile of Luoji Mountain is the core scenic spot of Luoji Mountain. It is a national 4A-level scenic spot. Ninety-nine miles in length, one mile, one scene, so it is called Ninety-nine miles of snail bun.
If you come here in May, you can see the azaleas in the mountains. This is the season when azaleas are in full bloom. Many people will wear carefully prepared clothes and come here to take pictures.
The scenery here is very beautiful, no matter which angle is taken, there are no dead corners. Not to mention the problem of light, for many people who love photography, it can be said to be an excellent place to go.
Besides, many experts say that the hot springs here are of high value. They are rich in mineral elements and plankton ions, which can be absorbed and infiltrated through the skin and have many benefits for human health. You know, in ancient times only the royalty could enjoy the treatment of hot springs. We are quite happy to live in today's world.
To play here, you can take the sightseeing ropeway at the entrance of the scenic spot. The end point of the ropeway is Heilongtan, 3600 meters above sea level.
