Lyddington is a village in the county of Rutland in the East Midlands of England. The population of the civil parish was 397 at the 2001 census, falling to 366 at the 2011 census. Lyddington Bede House, owned by English Heritage, is a Grade I listed building incorporating parts of a medieval bishop's palace. In 1547 it was seized on behalf of the king from the Bishops of Lincoln and later passed to Lord Burghley. The Heights of Abraham Cable Car is a gondola lift in the English county of Derbyshire. About 1/3 of a mile long , it links the spa town of Matlock Bath with the Heights of Abraham, a tourist attraction 554 feet above. The line was built by Poma and opened in Spring of 1984. Blenheim & Woodstock was a railway station constructed in the neoclassical style which served the town of Woodstock and Blenheim Palace in the English county of Oxfordshire. The station, as well as the line, was constructed by the Duke of Marlborough and was privately run until 1897 when it became part of the Great Western Railway. West Midland Safari and Leisure Park is a safari park located in Bewdley in Worcestershire, England. It was opened under the name of West Midland Safari Park in spring 1973. The park holds over 165 species of exotic animals, among other attractions such as a small theme park. The park contains the largest groups of white lions, cheetahs, hippopotami, and meerkats in the UK, as well as the largest lemur walk-through exhibit. The London Countryway: Sunningdale To Windsor 25 March 2016

The London Countryway is a 205 mile long distance footpath that encircles Greater London. This is the wonderful 9 mile stretch of the Countryway between Sunningdale and Windsor. The walk goes across Colworth Park before entering Windsor Great Park and going alongside Virginia Water to the Totem Pole. Then the walk goes through the Cumberland Gate to reach to Copper Horse statue of King George III which is at the end of the famous Long Walk. The final 3 miles of the walk follows the Long Walk into Windsor town centre with great views of Windsor Castle. The walk took place in gloriously sunny weather on Friday 25 March 2016.

White Ladies Priory

The allgedly haunted but nonetheless atmospheric White Ladies Priory, not far from Boscobel House and the Royal Oak, where Charles II hid from Parliamentarians in September 1651.
