Mieroszów [mʲɛˈrɔʂuf] is a town in Wałbrzych County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, near the border with the Czech Republic. It is the seat of the administrative district called Gmina Mieroszów. Prior to 1945 it was, along with the whole region, a part of Germany. The town lies approximately 15 kilometres south-west of Wałbrzych, and 79 kilometres south-west of the regional capital Wrocław. As at 2006, the town has a population of 4,515.     Czocha Castle is a defensive castle in the village of Czocha , Lubań County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in southwestern Poland. The castle is located on the Lake Leśnia, near the Kwisa river, in what is now the Polish part of Upper Lusatia. Czocha castle was built on gneiss rock, and its oldest part is the keep, to which housing structures were later added.
