Gillette Castle Connecticut State Park, summer 2005 Original
Built in 1901 and designed by William Gillette (an actor in the Original Sherlock Holmes play) Gillette Castle is a magnificent, historic, tourist attraction located by the Connecticut river and it's possible to travel to and from it via a fairy boat that goes across the river. Gillette Castle has many beautiful nature trails that go on for miles. The Castle is located at the end of River Road in East Haddam Connecticut.
