City Walks: Ogden Utah virtual treadmill walking tour
In late November, we cruised through Ogden, Utah. I'd never been into the downtown of Ogden before and it was a very nice surprise. It's a decent sized city but hidden off at the base of the mountains. We'd stayed in Ogden before but out by the highway. This time we stayed downtown among many nice hotels. My walk took me into the restaurant area over near the railroad museum and railyard and there were many nice looking restaurants and shops and a couple of breweries. All in all, I'd go back and spend more time, but we were traveling so I had to get out early and then hit the road.

Ogden is a city and the county seat of Weber County, Utah, United States, approximately 10 miles (16 km) east of the Great Salt Lake and 40 miles (64 km) north of Salt Lake City. The population was 84,316 in 2014, according to the US Census Bureau, making it Utah's 7th largest city. The city served as a major railway hub through much of its history, and still handles a great deal of freight rail traffic which makes it a convenient location for manufacturing and commerce. Ogden is also known for its many historic buildings, proximity to the Wasatch Mountains, and as the location of Weber State University.

In 2010, Forbes rated the Ogden-Clearfield MSA as the 6th best place to raise a family.[8] Ogden has had a sister city relationship to Hof (Germany) since 1954.

Starting out in LA, we drove through California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona & California again, visiting places such as Joshua Tree, Big Sur, Yosemite, Kings Canyon, Monterey, Lassen, San Francisco, the Oregon coast, Mt Hood, Smith Rock, Columbia River Gorge, Seattle, North Cascades, Vancouver, Glacier National Park, Yellowstone, Zion, Salt Lake City, Lake Tahoe & Death Valley.
We had good times (most of it) and bad times (Fresno).

Queens in New York City is the most ethnically diverse urban area in the world. If each of New York City's boroughs were an independent city, Queens also would be the nation's fourth most populous, after Los Angeles in California, Chicago in Illinois and Brooklyn.
Queens is the easternmost and largest in area of the five boroughs of New York City. It is geographically adjacent to the borough of Brooklyn at the southwestern end of Long Island and to Nassau County farther east on Long Island; in addition, Queens shares water borders with the boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx. Coterminous with Queens County since 1899, the borough of Queens is the second-largest in population (after Brooklyn), with a census-estimated 2,358,582 residents in 2017, approximately 48% of them foreign-born.
