Nagaland is a state in Northeast India. It borders the state of Assam to the west, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam to the north, Myanmar to the east, and Manipur to the south. The state capital is Kohima, and the largest city is Dimapur.     The Langpangkong Range is a mountain range in Nagaland, India. It one of the six major mountain ranges inhabited by the Ao people. It is located between the valleys of the Dikhu and Milak rivers in the Mokokchung District. An Ahom king who escaped from his capital due to court intrigues and rivalries, is believed to have taken refuge here. The cave where he apparently took shelter still remains in the area. Tuli town and Changtongya are the important towns of this range. National Highway 61 runs all along the top of the range.

    The Hoollongapar Gibbon Sanctuary, formerly known as the Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary or Hollongapar Reserve Forest , is an isolated protected area of evergreen forest located in Assam, India. The sanctuary was officially constituted and renamed in 1997. Set aside initially in 1881, its forests used to extend to the foothills of the Patkai mountain range. Since then, the forest has been fragmented and surrounded by tea gardens and small villages. In the early 1900s, artificial regeneration was used to a develop well-stocked forest, resulting in the site's rich biodiversity. The Hoollongapar Gibbon Sanctuary contains India's only gibbons – the hoolock gibbons, and Northeastern India's only nocturnal primate – the Bengal slow loris.     Wokha is a Town and a municipality in the state of Nagaland, India.It is the headquarter of its namesake district. It is located at a distance of about 75 km from the state capital Kohima. Wokha literally means head count or census in Lotha language. It has a population of 35,004. It is predominantly inhabited by the Lotha tribe. The district has four assembly constituencies and 125 recognized villages. It is further divided into 13 administrative units and 7 rural development blocks. It has three ranges namely, Upper Range covering the Wokha, Wozhuro, Chukitong and Englan circle; Middle range covering the Lotsu, Sanis and Aitepyong circle and lower range covering the Bhandari Circle and Ralan area.
