Naryan-Mar is a sea and river port town and the administrative center of Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia. The town is situated on the right bank of the Pechora River, 110 kilometers upstream from the river's mouth, on the Barents Sea. Naryan-Mar lies north of the Arctic Circle. Summer of 2013 in my northern hometown of Arkhangelsk. The event I believe was street theatres and the ppl were waiting rof artists to arrive.
This is the city centre and the embankment of river North Dvina. A nice plays to hang out in summer.
