Are you moving to New Zealand ?
New Zealand is one of the world’s best places to live and retire, best place to raise your family. It has a very pleasant climate, great beaches, a wide variety of outdoor activities, cultural attractions, free health care (for the most part), a good educational system, economic freedom, a lack of corruption and attractive, modern cities.
Known for the stunning landscapes featured in Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings.
New Zealand is comprised of two big islands called North Island and South Island, plus numerous smaller islands.
It is located in the southwestern Pacific Ocean and is very geographically isolated.
Its nearest neighbors are Australia, which is 1242 miles to the northwest, and New Caledonia, Fiji and Tonga to the north.
The population of New Zealand is 4,334,000, the majority of whom are of European descent.
The largest minority are the native Maori. There are also a significant number of non-Maori Polynesians and Asians – especially in urban areas.
If you're thinking of moving to New Zealand, you'll need to decide where you're going to live.

Make the most out of your visit to this remote island nation by assembling your bucket list with our travel guide. Booking a tour will ensure your trip is fun, flawless and stress-free:
New Zealand boasts a temperate climate with plenty of sunshine and moderate rainfall. Because of the long coast line, you can expect mild temperatures for the most part. The average temperature decreases as you travel south; January and February are the warmest months with July being the coldest month of the year. Remember to pack your waterproof hiking boots, waterproof rain jacket, swimsuit, flip flops, thin gloves, hiking socks, sunglasses, and a camera with extra batteries.
New Zealand's currency is the New Zealand Dollar (NZ$). You should expect to be able to switch between cash and cards quite seamlessly, as all major credit cards can be used in New Zealand. Alcohol and restaurant meals can range from moderate to quite expensive so prepare yourself accordingly.
We'd like to thank New Zealand's incredible tourism board for allowing use of their travel footage:
---About New Zealand---
New Zealand, exists on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean and is home to over 4.6 million people, and nearly 30 million sheep.
The country is divided into two portions: the North and South Islands separated by the Cook Strait. The North Island is home to many hot springs and geysers while the South Island is mountainous, forested and covered in glaciers. Over 75% of New Zealanders call the North Island home, and more than 15% of New Zealand's energy comes from renewable resources.
South New Zealand Traveling on a Budget
While we were workin in Australia we decided it would be a waste not to visit Newzealand. So we spent the last week exploring the South Island of New Zealand on a pretty tight budget. We rented a car through a company called yourdrive which is similar to AirBnB but for cars. We slept in the back of the car and drove all around south New Zealand. We were able to go to places like mt. Cook, Clifden caves, Milford sound etc.

new zealand tour, new zealand travel, The 46 Best Places to Visit in NewZealand
New Zealand is an island country in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. The nation geologically contains two principle landmasses—the North Island, and the South Island (or Te Waipounamu)— and around 600 littler islands. New Zealand is arranged about 1,500 kilometers (900 mi) east of Australia over the Tasman Sea and around 1,000 kilometers (600 mi) south of the Pacific island ranges of New Caledonia, Fiji, and Tonga. In light of its remoteness, it was one of the last grounds to be settled by people. Amid its long stretch of separation, New Zealand built up a particular biodiversity of creature, parasitic and vegetation. The nation's differed geology and its sharp mountain tops, for example, the Southern Alps, owe much to the structural elevate of land and volcanic emissions. New Zealand's capital city is Wellington, while its most crowded city is Auckland.

Couple Converting Bus Into Home In Melbourne
I met Melissa and Shane on their visit to New Zealand a few months ago. She's a kiwi and he's Irish and they are friends of friends. I was fascinated by their story - of converting an old bus into their home.
Fast forward to now, I persuaded them to show me their bus on my recent trip to Melbourne.
They bought the bus 3 years ago and have slowly been working on it. Slowly buying all the parts they need.
Keen to speed things up, they recently left their $650 a week rental property and are house-sitting for friends - paying just $160 a week. All the saved cash is going into the bus. They are pushing themselves to get more done in the evening and weekends. All they need now is time.
They currently have the basic interior shape in place, the shower base has been put in and metal framing added. It was fascinating walking around, visualising how it will all look. I can't wait to see it complete!

Tips for travellers/photographers:
Lots of potential for wedding photography, fashion photography, cute selfies, and couples. It's always a bit crowded when you first turn in from the intersection, so make sure you come a bit further west, and it would be good for shooting.
