It was a very good hotel in many ways and it gets good ratings from me.

The staff at the hotel were always pleasant and helpful. In the desk I got door card to the room door, brochures and more. I asked if could take photos in the hotel and they said it was OK if I not photographed the guests. So my pictures are a little empty. There were lots of people in the hotel.

It had a door card at the front desk upon check-in. I
opened room door by holding the card against a box at the handle. Then a lamp became green. If I forgot to close the door a beep began. You could also lock on the inside with a knob.

My room was neat, clean and tidy. I chose a single room with an extra addition to the cost, but it was really a twin room. Which meant that I could spread out a little bit extra.

During the day when we were gone the maid came and cleaned the room.

The beds were soft and comfy. It got a little hot with quilt so I took it out and slept very well then. At the lamps there were plugs. They fitted well for my Swedish chargers for camera and mobile. So I needed no adapter. Someone said that it was 230 volts and 50 Hz.

In the room were also toilet and shower which was very good. I had to watch out for the shower floor which is a bit slippery. And it took a little while until the hot water came.

There was a TV with remote control. It was about 10 channels. Most of them was Norwegian. The hotel had its own channel with information and music, and there were also Swedish TV4 and German RTL.

The restaurant was on the ground floor. They had a breakfast buffet beginning at 6.30 in the morning. There were beans, meats, jams, file, flakes, muesli, eggs, sausage and more. People took a plate and fetched the food they wanted. The food was pretty good and we could eat as much as we wanted.

At 19:30, we could go down and eat dinner. The time was late but
fit well when we were out on the bus ride up to 17-18 in the afternoon. It was also buffet with many different dishes, meat, salad, dessert, cookies and beverages. They exchanged a few dishes each evening.

Tourist buses stopped outside the entrance and dropped and
downloaded travelers. When I was there it was a group from China
who had flown to Stockholm and taken by bus from there.
