    The Flicks Community Movie Theaters, are the first independent movie houses in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Its venues offer big screen movies in air conditioned movie rooms to the expatriate community. The Flicks is a member of the Motion Picture Association of Cambodia and registers all its screening titles to the Cambodian Department of Cinema & Cultural Difussion - as the only movie house in Cambodia doing so. The Flicks is praised locally for its no-cell-phone policy. Whoever uses a phone of any kind for any reason during the screening of a movie, is requested to leave the venue immediately.

NagaCorp holds a 70-year casino licence in Cambodia which runs until 2065, and has a monopoly within a 200-kilometre radius of Phnom Penh until 2035. The Naga casino first opened on May 1, 1995 on a boat moored in the Mekong River in Phnom Penh. The casino moved to its current land-based facility in 2003. NagaCorp held its initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006, making it the first gaming-related company to trade on the exchange, and the first company with operations in Cambodia to become publicly traded.
