Montecatini Alto is a fraction of the municipality of Montecatini Terme . In ancient times it was called Montecatini Val di Nievole and was the capital of an autonomous municipality until 1940. During the renovation work the owners made use of the natural, old, typical materials of Tuscan tradition. The structure is divided into different height levels, with two façades facing one another. The lower part is characterized by a large window at pool level while the second part is characterized by the living area with large windows and panoramic terrace, as is the sleeping area. The whole house, constructed on different levels, is well connected internally. ITA - Ottopini è un annesso agricolo risalente ai primi anni del 1800 che si trova sulle colline della magica Montecatini Terme. Durante i lavori di ristrutturazione i proprietari hanno voluto utilizzare materiali naturali, antichi e tipici della cultura toscana. La struttura si articola su livelli d’altezza diversi, presentando due facciate contrapposte. La parte più bassa è caratterizzata da una ampie vetrata a livello piscina, la seconda parte si caratterizza per la zona giorno a vetri con un terrazzo con vista panoramica, e cosi per la zona notte.
