COFFEE FINCA (farm) in PEREIRA Tour Part 1

In this video we explore through a coffee plantation about 20 minutes from the city of Pereira in Colombia. We get to see an exotic beautiful blue bird called El Pajaro Barranquero.
You'll come to understand which beans are ripe for the picking, how and why these beans are handpicked. As opposed to other countries which use machines to pick their beans, and end up with a mixture of ripe and unripe beans.
You'll walk through the plantation with me and discover Cocoa trees planted amongst the coffee. This gives the coffee grown here a light chocolate flavour and makes it even more unique and sort after.
