Welcome to Rosario, in the Santa Fe province of Argentina. I spent one day in this city of 1.1 million people, and this video will show you the downtown area.
Rosario has many historic buildings and a few nice parks. There is much culture to be found here.
I used my handheld GoPro Hero 5 camera for this video, set to 2.7K / 50 fps / ISO 800.

Travel Argentina - Penguin Watching in Patagonia at Punta Tombo
Watch penguins go about their daily lives in Patagonia.
Punta Tombo is the site of the largest colony of Magellan penguins in the world. They live in this protected area from April to September every year. Penguins are monogamous and both parents care for the egg and the chick. Females lay their eggs in early October and their chicks are born 40 days later.
Visitors can get up close to the penguins, but do not touch them They do not seem to mind that I am crashing their party at all. Looks like he is taking a bath. Are not they cool? I love taking photos and it is so rare that you can get so close to wildlife to take pictures of them. To see the penguins, you either need to rent a car or go with a group.
