Fumee Falls | Michigan Waterfalls
Are there waterfalls in Michigan? Well yes there are! This is Fumee Falls. Fumee Fall is located in Iron County , between the city of Norway and Iron Mountain. Fumee Falls is located at a small roadside park that is very easy to get to.
This waterfall has 3 drops, with the tallest being around 12 feet, and the smaller ones being around 4 - 5 feet. In total the falls are said to be around 25 feet high, but I think that includes all 3 of the drops.
This waterfall has a very nice path up to the falls, and stairs to take you to the top of the falls and to a view of the upper falls. Be very careful when visiting Fumee Falls as there is Poison Ivy everywhere!
This video was taken in September of 2017.

I made this trip in July 2017. Video shot with a Brinno TLC-200 Pro time-lapse camera mounted on my roof with a homemade magnetic case. I travel with two Brinno cameras - one facing forward, the other in reverse. Sometimes the reverse camera captures better video (fewer raindrops and bugs hit the rear-view lens).

Storheim's is a restaurant located a few miles east of downtown Iron Mountain. The restaurant has great food for the entire family including some Swedish recipes (I get to enjoy some Swedish meatballs in the video) as well as some frozen custard.

Email, instant messenger and typing impersonalizes effective communication between people. You do not see their face, you do not know there mannerisms, the sound or tone of their voice. It is substandard communication, and the anonymity of the internet and email has virtually made it impossible for old fashioned personalized effective communication. It is not the greatest thing since sliced bread. - cerebral01

You take the time to write a short or long letter, send it via e-mail, its polished, detailed, but concise, and most of all, to the point. You expect an answer, right? Wrong. From my experience, most people tend to ignore all these factors, and ignore you. - cerebral01
