The most beautiful winery in NAGANO PREFECTURE!
On the last day in Nagano Prefecture we started the day with a delicious buffet breakfast with an amazing panoramic view at Hotel JAL City. We then headed up to the breathtaking St. Cousair Winery nestled in the mountainous Kamiminochi District in Izzuna, Nagano. The view from there was mindblowing, even at -11 degrees! We finished off the trip with a famous Ekiben from Nagano Station!

Assaulted on a Tokyo train (live footage)
LANGUAGE WARNING!
Sorry about the language in this video guys. Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens pretty often to women on the trains here in Japan and there's not too much that we can do to prevent it happening in the first place, or to stop them from doing it again in future. Police don't tend to side with women, let alone foreign women here and I honestly don't know if any good would even come from reporting this. Also for those of you who want to tell me what I should do in this situation, don't. Just please don't. This is the third time I've been in a situation like this and you NEVER know what it's going to be like and how you're going to react until you're in the situation. Finally, men: LEAVE US ALONE!

Minamisanriku, over 13 months after the tsunami
Another drive through Minamisanriku from 28 April, 2012, a year after my first one. A lot busier traffic-wise, the Eneos petrol station fully open for business and some busy looking construction around Sun Port, the town's old supermarket/department store.
Still heaps of debris around though, but a few more temporary businesses in portacabins next to the town's old emergency centre where Miki Endo stuck to her post. broadcasting warnings over the PA to save thousands.
If you're up this way, call in at Cafe G on R45 heading South out of town, just past the big white Hotel Kanyo on the headland. Great coffee, snacks, pizza and ice cream with friendly staff and amazing views. It was one of the first places to reopen here after the tsunami and would really appreciate your support!

Tsunami 2004 Colombo, 20 minutes nonstop video. 2004年海啸科伦坡20
TRY 480p, artifacts in 720p !!. Probably the longest Tsunami video showing the oceans movements in relation to the shoreline in Wellawatte, Colombo, Srilanka.
Luckily Colombo's coast is over 4 metres amsl so wasn't too affected by my estimate of the 3.5 metre swell of the ocean
