Kuwait Apartment Tour | Expectations vs Reality
I've been living in Kuwait for nine months now and I've been putting off filming my Kuwait apartment tour for that whole time. But today's the day! Here's my Kuwait apartment tour so you guys can see where I've been living in Kuwait. The apartment I've been living in in Kuwait doesn't belong to me. One of the perks of working in Kuwait is that my apartment is provided for me. It doesn't really look like it did in the pictures so it's going to be more of an expectations vs reality type apartment tour.

Boulevard Park Salmiya has beautiful lights, landscapes and fountains. Looks great in the evening and during the night.
A Trip to Failaka Island (2017) | Must Visit Place in Kuwait
Failaka Island is approx. 45 Km east of Kuwait City and can be visited by a thirty-minute speedboat ride. We a group of 12 families had organized our tour through Ikarus which has their office and pier at Marina Crescent behind Starbucks. Our trip cost is 12 KWD/person which includes speedboat rides, buffet lunch, and bus tour. To access their private beach we have to give an additional 1 KWD/Person at the location. They have boats of 14/25/larger capacity which could be booked privately.

Alternate Way to failaka (By KPTC - Government Ferry):
If you want to take your vehicle at Failaka Island the best way is to drive through the Car Ferry which will take you, and your car together. There’s also another ferry/boat that would take you to Failaka for the day and back (passengers only, no car). Ticket Price is 5 KWD/person & 30 KWD for Car.
To get the tickets for the ferry, you could either get them beforehand from the Ferry Tickets Office in Salmiya (Near Kuwait Scientific Center ).
At Failaka:
Any one can stay at failaka in Ikarus Hotel - 50 KWD/Night.
You can visit Cultural Village, Failaka Museum, Camels farm, Military Location/Camp, Failaka’s Resort (Ruined after the war)
You could also rent Kayak’s in the pond, there are swimming pools for those interested in swimming, the beach has access and jet-ski rentals, there are bikes for rental and scooter as well as public beach for grills and picnics.
Best season to Visit - Preferably Oct to March
