Illa Roja
Following the coast towards the South East, you will find the Illa Roja beach, a nude beach recognised internationally. This beautiful beach, one of the most iconic of the Begurense coast is known for its rocky island. It is a calm place, without crowds, soft sand and clear water.
Aiguablava
Its shallow, calm waters and the range of services that one can find just a stone’s throw from the beach, makes it very suitable for the whole family. It is the most southern beach of Begur and in the surrounding area there are several restaurants, shops and services. So close, you almost don’t have to leave the sand to reach them. It has toilets and adapted showers and also offers the possibility of taking part in various water sports, such as the diving centre. Of fine sand, this beach is almost twice as long as it is wide (approximately 40 x 80 metres). To get there just follow the numerous directions to the Aiguablava Parador which is located on top of the cliff next to the beach. There is a car park right next to it, which in summer requires payment.
LaFranc was featured by the Telegraph as one of the best beaches and one of Europe’s top hidden seaside resorts. Llafranc is one of the most cosmopolitan beaches in Costa Brava. Lafranc offers the best beach to have the traditional experience of fishing boats combined with the glamorous yacht visiting this part of Spain.
Llafran, part of the Palafrugell municipality, has attracted artist, film stars, wealthy personalities and more.
Tamariu
According to the British Telegraph newspaper, the beach at Tamariu ranks as one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava. Embraced by pine clad headlands, the horse shoe shaped beach is very pretty, family friendly and sheltered. Just behind the beach is the pedestrian promenade, where there are some cafes, restaurants and beach gear shops. Parents can happily while away a little time in the shade, sipping whatever they fancy, with their children, only yards away from them, play safely on the sand.

Malgrat De Mar [Summer-Beach-Nightlife]-Spain [2018]
Over 4 km of white sandy beaches mark the Mediterranean coast of Malgrat de Mar, which lies only 60 km north of Barcelona.
The outdoor Mediterranean lifestyle can just be enjoyed by relaxing, drinking, eating and people watching, or you can crank it up a notch and spend time walking and appreciating some of the natural spaces that the area has to offer.
Malgrat de Mar Town Hall
The Town Hall is one of the modernist style buildings that you can see. It was originally opened in August of 1913, but since then its interior has been refurbished.
Centre Beach – Platja del Centre
A blue flag beach of around 900 metres in length, Centre Beach has good water quality and plenty of services around. It runs from the start of the Cami de la Pomerad to the Riera de Sant Genis de Palafolls.
Astillero Beach – Platja de l’Astillero
Located in the touristic area where the hotels are, this beach has a holiday atmosphere, along with picnic areas and refreshment stalls. What’s more is that in July and August, there’s a Kiddies Club here. The beach is around 1 km long.
Conca Beach – Platja de la Conca
From the Cami de la Pomerada, this beach runs down to meet the mouth of the Tordera River. It includes a protected sand dunes area, and the total length of the beach is 2600 metres.
Church of St. Nicholas – L’Esglesia de Sant Nicolau
The church, which is dedicated to Saint Nicholas of Bari, dates back to the 18th century, however it does preserve some elements from earlier periods. The façade is in the Neoclassical style.
