Narrowboat down the Oxford Canal to Priors Hardwick

As well as continuing down the Oxford Canal to Priors Hardwick and Fenny Compton I took advantage of the sunny weather and drilled and tapped some holes for my fairleads and stern vents.

FILMING EQUIPMENT
* For the front boat shots:
I use a GoPro Hero 5 filming in 4K

* For the pieces to camera shots:
For the picture, I use a DJI Osmo Pocket
or an iPhone MX Max

For the audio, I use a Tascam Dr-10CS and use a Sennheiser ME 2 lapel microphone clipped to my lifejacket or shirt. I also have a Rycote 065514 Universal Lavalier Windjammer for the microphone

*For the drone shots, I use: a DJI Mavic Pro and film in 4K

* For the really nice static shots:
I use a Sony FDR-AX100EB Ultra HD 4K Camcorder This has a Hama UV Filter, coated, 62mm lens on the front to protect the camera I have a JJC MSA-MIS Cold Mount Adapter Converter on the top of the camera that holds the RØDE VideoMic GO microphone and to protect it from the wind noise I use a RØDE DeadCat GO Microphone Wind Shield

Ashby Canal: Bridge 22 to Stoke Golding - A Time-lapse Narrowboat Journey.

Starting near bridge 22 on the Ashby canal, I head north to Stoke Golding. 28th June 2017.

Most of my time-lapse videos now use a different frame rate. They will play slower, smoother, and longer. The new frame rate is variable, depending on lighting conditions, between 3 and 5 frames per second. Older time-lapse videos were recorded at one frame per second.
If you still find that they play too fast for your liking, you can slow them down further. Click the settings (gear) icon on the YouTube player and select the playback speed you want. Remember to change it back to normal when you have finished as it also slows down the audio!
