The Acoma have continuously occupied the area for over 2000 years, making this one of the oldest continuously inhabited communities in the United States . Pie Town, NM is a tiny, blink-and-miss-it town in the middle of nowhere on highway 60 in New Mexico. It was a little out of our way, but when we heard about Pie Town on a TV show, and that there was a pie cafe called Pie-O-Neer that made unique and amazing pies, we just had to redirect our travels to check it out.
