Québec is a big province full of history, nature, and diverse cities. As Canada’s only primarily French speaking province, it’s quite different than the rest of the country. Also, due to the complicated history between the English and the French, Québec has always strived to create and keep its own identity, which is quite apparent in the pride they have for their own flag and other cultural practices. We learned so much during our time in the province and had a lot of fun exploring the cities and the surrounding nature.
With historical cities like Old Québec, diverse cities like Montreal, and natural attractions like Mont Tremblant and the St. Lawrence Saguenay Seaway, Québec is an exciting province to explore.
Canada's Road to 150 is a 150-day Canada-wide multi media road trip celebrating Canada's 150th birthday by exploring the uniqueness of this country provincially and collectively while answering the question; What makes Canada special?
We will drive to and through every driveable province and territory, showcasing Canada's natural beauty and regional attractions while interviewing Canadians of all cultures and backgrounds, including local celebrities, immigrants, refugees, and everyday rural and urban Canadians. Our aim is to dig deep into what makes Canada such an incredibly inspiring country while showing off the best of Canada's tourism to Canadians and to the world.

from Québec to Tadoussac - Canada HD Travel Channel
Our route from Quebec City to Tadoussac leads along the Saint Lawrence River heading north. No matter how interesting the big cities of the east coast may be, but we are glad to get to know the scenic attractions and wildlife of Canada. The road passes through big woodlands in the foothills of the Laurentides. Past picturesque coves and small villages, such as Bai Saint Paul, La Malbaie, it continues towards Tadoussac. We cross Canada's only fjord, the valley of the Saguenay, by ferry.

Quebec Vacation Travel Guide, Top 40 best places to visit in Quebec Canada
Quebec is one of the thirteen regions and domains of Canada. It is flanked toward the west by the territory of Ontario and the waterways James Bay and Hudson Bay; toward the north by Hudson Strait and Ungava Bay; toward the east by the Gulf of Saint Lawrence and the area of Newfoundland and Labrador; and toward the south by the region of New Brunswick and the US conditions of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. It additionally shares oceanic fringes with Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia. Quebec is Canada's biggest region by region and its second-biggest regulatory division; just the domain of Nunavut is bigger. It is verifiably and politically thought to be a piece of Central Canada (with Ontario).

Tadoussac Quebec Whale Watching
Tadoussac Quebec Whale Watching
Tadoussac Quebec is one of the best spots in Canada for Whale Watching on the St. Lawrence and Saguenay,
in this video, I travel to Tadoussac Quebec. Tadoussac is a little town in Quebec, right on the Saguenay and St. Lawrence rivers and it’s a beautiful little town that’s actually one of the best spots in Canada for whale watching. There’s a bunch of beluga whales and all sorts of different species, so my main goal for this video is to show you guys a whale, but I also have a bunch of other really cool things happening over the next couple days that I’m here.
Here is the link to the Toyota commercial. Thanks, Jim for pointing out that I didn't provide the link.

Getting the Best Out of Summer in Quebec
In a place that experiences such fierce winters as Quebec, summer comes on that much more intensely, and is enjoyed and appreciated that much more passionately. That's what Matador Ambassadors Yancy and Wyatt Caldwell found on a trip last year that saw them mountain biking just outside Quebec City, sailing and climbing a via ferrata in Saguenay Fjord National Park, kayaking and whale watching on the St. Lawrence, and uncovering all kinds of unexpected nooks and crannies in this French Canadian province. Follow along in the video above and find how how to get the most out of summer in Quebec.

Summer in Quebec is Absolutely Gorgeous
On a trip during late summer last year, Matador Ambassadors Yancy and Wyatt Caldwell discovered just what makes summertime in Quebec so awesome...and so gorgeous. First you have your de facto base of operations: Quebec City, one of the most European cities in North America, with its Old World layout and architecture, cobblestone streets, French-inspired bakeries and cafes, topped by the unmissable facade of the Château Frontenac.
But step out of the city and you're immediately into some incredible natural spaces: granite massifs at Vallée Bras-du-Nord; the calm waters of Saguenay Fjord, hemmed in by epic cliffs; and the storied St. Lawrence River. These are the backdrop to long summer days, spectacular sunsets, and great northern forests where the leaves are already starting to turn.
Armed with a drone and a thirst for adventure, the Caldwells captured all this and more. Watch the video above, and then check out the rest of their Quebec story:

Family Travel with Colleen Kelly - Saguenay Lac St. Jean, Canada
A short drive from Quebec City, Canada, is Saguenay-Lac-St. Jean, a beautiful region in the Quebec Province that offers majestic views and fun for the whole family. Colleen Kelly and her children start by getting up close and personal with whales, by taking a boat tour of the magical area where the St Lawrence River and the Saguenay Fjord meet. After visiting the Fjord, the whales’ “playground,” Colleen and the girls go to the Fjord Museum to literally dig in and learn more about the environment. They also go on their first hands-on sailing adventure and soar through the trees on a daring ropes course at Cap Jaseux.
The vacation continues with a step back in time at the Historic Village de Val-Jalbert, where presenters in period costumes explain what life was like in the area during the 1920’s. A behind-the-scenes experience at the Zoo Sauvage de Saint-Felicien allows Colleen and the children to be zookeepers for the day, which includes weighing a camel and preparing food for the animals. It’s a vacation full of breathtaking scenery and unique adventures for the whole family.
