Tavullia is a comune in the Province of Pesaro e Urbino in the Italian region Marche, located about 70 kilometres northwest of Ancona and about 15 kilometres southwest of Pesaro. Until December 13, 1938 it was known as Tomba di Pesaro. Tavullia is the home town of the legendary nine-time world motorcycle champion Valentino Rossi. His family built a dirt oval racetrack close to the town.
