Tumba is a bimunicipal locality and the seat of Botkyrka Municipality in Stockholm County, Sweden with 37,852 inhabitants in 2010. A part of its statistical urban area, called Rönninge, is in Salem Municipality. The population is 35,311 . The Swedish krona banknotes are printed by Crane AB at Tumba Bruk, in Tumba. Tumba is situated half-way between Stockholm and Södertälje and is considered a Stockholm suburb. In Tumba and Rönninge there are stations on the Stockholm commuter rail network. Kolmården Wildlife Park is a zoo that opened in 1965 overlooking Bråviken bay in Sweden. It is the largest zoo in Scandinavia, includes the first dolphinarium in Scandinavia, which opened in 1969 and has daily shows, and the worlds first cable car safari. The wildlife park also has a birds of prey display and a seal show. In the Marine World area is a roller coaster called The Dolphin Express. Another, larger, roller coaster in the park is Wildfire.

Nyhavn is also home to “The Little Mermaid,” a statue fashioned after the titular character in the Hans Christian Andersen tale. Make sure you bring your camera, as the mermaid is a popular place for a photo op.
