Whitefish Bay is a large bay on the eastern end of Lake Superior between Michigan, United States, and Ontario, Canada. It is located between Whitefish Point in Michigan and Whiskey Point along the more rugged, largely wilderness Canadian Shield of Ontario. The international border runs through the bay, which is heavily used by shipping traffic northbound from and southbound to the Soo Locks. Onaping Falls was a town in the Canadian province of Ontario, which existed from 1973 to 2000. It was created as part of the Regional Municipality of Sudbury, and took its name from the waterfalls on the Onaping River. On January 1, 2001, the town and the Regional Municipality were dissolved and amalgamated into the city of Greater Sudbury. The town is now part of Ward 3 on Greater Sudbury City Council, and is represented by councillor Gerry Montpellier. In the Canada 2011 Census, the main communities in Onaping Falls were listed for the first time as two of six distinct population centres in Greater Sudbury: Dowling and Onaping-Levack .

Chutes Provincial Park is a recreation class provincial park in Sables-Spanish Rivers, Ontario near the community of Massey, Ontario, Canada. The park is named after a logging chute that diverted logs around the waterfall on the Aux Sables River. The waterfall is considered the main attraction at the park, along with the Seven Sisters Rapids found upstream from the waterfall. Unlike many other provincial parks, its proximity to Massey allows the park to use the municipal water supply, meaning that water does not have to be boiled before drinking.

Waterton Lakes and Glacier National Parks in 4K

Waterton and Glacier International Peace Park in 4K. UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In 1932 Waterton Lakes National Park (Alberta, Canada) was combined with the Glacier National Park (Montana, United States) to form the world's first International Peace Park. Situated on the border between the two countries and offering outstanding scenery, the park is exceptionally rich in plant and mammal species as well as prairie, forest, and alpine and glacial features.

This video was shot in late June 2018. You will also notice the devastation and impact of the 2017 Kenow Wildfire have had on the Waterton Lakes National Park landscape, burning 19303 hectares in the Waterton Lakes area alone. Wildfires occur naturally and fulfill critical ecosystem functions, with the positive ecological effects usually greater than the negative. The economic impact however on the township of Waterton and its people is an important fact to mention and I hope that with this film I can help to showcase this fantastic place and local people and encourage anyone watching this video to visit the wonderful Waterton Lakes National Park and its many attractions and help the local economy recover and thrive.
