황사로 인하여 잘보이지 않는다

이곳은 과거 활주로가 있었던 곳을 개발한 지역이다

정저우의 비지니스 지역을 보기 위해 유람선을 탔다

도심의 휴양처 같은 곳

세계문화유산에 빛나는 동굴 속 부처들
이곳이 바로 용문석굴이다

수많은 석굴들이 마치 벌집처럼 뚫린 모습들이 보이기 시작한다

석굴속에는 암벽을 그대로 깍아내며 만들어낸
고대 불상들이 약 11만점이나 있다고 한다

이 대단한 작품을 만들기 위해

얼마나 많은 서민들이

희생되었을지 모를일이다

자막 : 노사나블
양 손목이 잘린 이 불상의 크기는 무려 17미터가 넘는다
이게 석상이 맞나 싶을 정도로 곡선이 아름답다.

보고 있으면 감탄이 나오는 노사나불이다

지금으로부터 약 1500여년 전
선비족이 세운 나라인 북위 시절부터 형성되기 시작했는데...

당연히 지배 계층이었던 민족은 바로 선비족이다
선비족은 국가의 안녕을 위해 가장 먼저 시행했던 것이 바로 종교를 이용한
민족융화 정책이었는데
그때 믿었던 종교가 바로 불교다

이석굴은 실로 대단한 유물이다

소림사가 있는 동봉에 도착했다

소림사는 무림 정파의 태산북두이자
백만나한진과 달마대사의 전설이 깃든 무림의 성지다

소림사의 명성 걸맞게 입구부터 으리으리하다

소림사입구 앞 광장은 넓기도 하지만 사람들도 많다

소림사는 서기 493년 북위 시대의 황제 효문제가
인도에서 온 고승 발타선사를 위해 건립한 사찰이라고 한다'

소림사가 알려지기 시작한 것은 1979년 이연걸 주연의 소림사라는 영화가 만들어져
공전의 히트를 기록하게되고
이것이 바로 소림사를 세게에 알리게 된 일등 공신이라고 한다

소림사 특산품 및 약재를 파는 약방이다

기념품 파는 아가씨가 고구마가 먹고 싶다고 우리말로해
고구마를 사서 건내주었다

이 곳이 바로 스님들의 사리를 봉안해 놓은 탑림이다'
탑이 클 수록 업적이 많았던 스님의 사리탑이리고 한다

중국 5악 태산, 화산, 형산, 중 하나 숭산
소림사를 품은 숭산이다

숭산은 케이블카를 이용해 정상으로 올라간다

숭산 소실산의 아찔한

삼황잔도가 눈앞에 펼쳐지며

그 모습을 들어낸다

고개를 들어 위를 바라봐도

끝이 보이지 않는 수직 바위 절벽이다

수천 길 낭떠러지롤 내려다보면

오금이 져러오는 곳이다

아찔한 절벽 허리쯤에 위치한 길 잔도를 따라 간다

돌이 기둥처럼 서서있는 아주 기가막힌 돌산이다

얼마나 많은 인력이 동원되어 이잔도를 만들었을까?

중국인들 참으로 대단하다

홍석협을 보기위해서는 가파른 돌계단을 내려가야한다
협곡따라 만들어진 길은 좁다.
계단을 내려가면 환상적인 비경이 펼쳐진다

한 사람씩 지나갈 정도다
자연으로 뚫어진 동굴길을따라 가면 협곡의 아름다움이 나타난다

홍석협은 붉은 바위로 이루어진 협곡이다

첫번째로 만나는 곳이 호석협곡
깊게 패인 협곡 사이로 맑은 물이 흐른다
운대산에서 가장 인기있는 곳

홍석협은 언제나 그렇듯 관광객들로 북새통이다

홍석협(紅石峽)은 운대산에서 가장 유명한 곳으로,

붉은 색의 기묘한 절벽이 장관을 이루고,

녹색의 절묘한 물로 명성을 떨쳐

일찌기 화하 제일기협(華夏第一奇峽)으로 알려진 곳이다.

총길이 2km의 협곡으로 샘물, 폭포,

계곡등 여러 경치가 한골짜기에 모여있다.

붉은 색의 석영사암층(石英砂岩層)이 2천 3백만 전부터

조산(造山) 작용과 물의 침식을 거쳐

지금의 홍석협을 만들었다고 한다.

이곳을 중국의 그랜드캐넌이라고 부른다

실제로 미국이 그랜드캐년과 협정을 맺었다고 한다

깍아지른 절벽과 아찔한 협곡 풍경에 취하는 곳

비로 홍석협이다

기암괴석이 즐비하며

협곡의 깊이가 168m에 달하는 홍석협(紅石峽),

좁은 협곡이 갑자기 넓어진다

계곡, 폭포가 조화를 이룬다

무릉도원이다

50여미터 높이 거대한 백룡폭포

떨어지는 폭포수 소리가 요란하다

정저우의 또하나의 백미는

서커스가 결합된 공연이다
