Narita Airport (NRT) is the main international airport in Tokyo, Japan, and receives 50% of Japan's international flights to Tokyo. But the airport is quite far from the city. ► WHO AM I?
Short answer: I am a Brazilian journalist living in the United States. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged the life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
Detailed answer: ????
P.S.: The guy who occasionally appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and is extremely camera shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time ;-)

Airport Shuttle - Narita International Airport (NRT) to Tokyo International Airport (HND) - Japan
Missed flight. Airport Shuttle Transfer from Narita International Airport (NRT) to Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND). Location:
Narita International Airport (成田国際空港 Narita Kokusai Kūkō?) (IATA: NRT, ICAO: RJAA), also known as Tokyo Narita Airport, formerly and originally known as New Tokyo International Airport, is the primary international airport serving the Greater Tokyo Area of Japan. It is located 57.5 km (35.7 mi) east of Tokyo Station and 7 km (4.3 mi) east-southeast of Narita Station[3] in the city of Narita in Chiba and the adjacent town of Shibayama.
Narita handles the majority of international passenger traffic to and from Tokyo and Japan, and is also a major connecting point for air traffic between Asia and the Americas. The airport handled 35,379,408 passengers in 2013.[2] It is the second-busiest passenger airport in Japan,[4] busiest air freight hub in Japan,[5] and tenth-busiest air freight hub in the world.[5] It serves as the main international hub of Japan's flag carrier Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Nippon Cargo Airlines, and low-cost carriers Jetstar Japan, Peach, Vanilla Air. It also serves as an Asian hub for Delta Air Lines and United Airlines. Under Japanese law, it is classified as a first class airport.
Tokyo International Airport (東京国際空港 Tōkyō Kokusai Kūkō?), commonly known as Haneda Airport (羽田空港 Haneda Kūkō?) or Tokyo Haneda Airport (IATA: HND, ICAO: RJTT), is one of the two primary airports that serve the Greater Tokyo Area, and is the primary base of Japan's two major domestic airlines, Japan Airlines (Terminal 1) and All Nippon Airways (Terminal 2), as well as low-cost carriers Air Do, Skymark Airlines, Solaseed Air, and StarFlyer. It is located in Ōta, Tokyo, 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) south of Tokyo Station.
Haneda was the primary international airport serving Tokyo until 1978; from 1978 to 2010, Haneda handled almost all domestic flights to and from Tokyo as well as scheduled charter flights to a small number of major cities in East Asia, while Narita International Airport handled the vast majority of international flights. In 2010, a dedicated international terminal was opened at Haneda in conjunction with the completion of a fourth runway, allowing long-haul flights during nighttime hours.[3] Haneda opened up to long-haul service during the daytime in March 2014, with carriers offering nonstop service to 25 cities in 17 countries.[4] The Japanese government is currently encouraging the use of Haneda for premium business routes and the use of Narita for leisure routes and by low-cost carriers.[5]
Haneda handled 72,826,862 passengers in 2014; by passenger throughput, it was the second busiest airport in Asia and the fourth busiest in the world, after Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport (Asia's busiest) and London Heathrow Airport.[6] It is able to handle 90 million passengers per year following its expansion in 2010. With Haneda and Narita combined Tokyo has the third busiest city airport system in the world, after London and New York City.
In December 2009, ForbesTraveller.com recognized Haneda Airport as the most punctual airport in the world for two years in a row, with 94.3% of its flights departing on time and 88.6% arriving on time.[7]
JAL City Hotel, Haneda, Japan - Mini Rooms, Close to Airport
Americans will probably find the mini capsule like rooms at the JAL City Hotel Haneda to be a bit small. The tiny room size is pretty much the only downside to this property. The hotel is clean and provides all the basics. Flat screen televisions, free internet, and a tea pot are all included in the room rate.
There's an automated wakeup call service so you'll have piece of mind. JAL Haneda runs an airport shuttle, and true to Japanese tradition, its on time record is flawless. So don't be a second late!
There are a few restaurants and stores within walking distance to the hotel. Nothing great, but it's good to know that you have access to a convenience store if need be. The Golden Arches (McDonald's) is close by if you want to grab a quick bite. The hotel also has vending machines selling both Western and Japanese favorites.
Although the JAL City Hotel Haneda is a bit more expensive than others in the Ota area, its proximity to Haneda Airport and the free shuttle service make it an attractive alternative.

Leaving Gifu, Japan, JR central railway KiHa 85 series DMU Hida Limited Express towards Mino-Ota
東京モノレール1000形 (1036F) 空港快速 東京国際空港行き 浜松町駅から終点羽田空港第2ビル駅間
Date: Wednesday, 7 December 2016
After spending less than a minute of anticipated waiting on the platform, a 6-car Tokyo Monorail 1000 series EMU Set No. 1036F-1031F finally arrived at Hamamatsucho Station at 12.21 p.m.. The train had initially arrived from Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) as a Rapid Service train bound for Hamamatsucho earlier, and was to undergo a directional change before eventually becoming the 12.24 p.m. Haneda Express service bound for Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport). Once the train doors were opened, I quickly boarded the train via Car No. 6 (1036F), and secured an observation seat by the driver's cab.
Once the clock struck precisely 12.24 p.m. sharp, all the train doors were closed, and the Tokyo Monorail Haneda Express train finally pulled out of Hamamatsucho Station for its routine early afternoon commuter trip of just 19 minutes to Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) located in the suburban outskirts of Ota-ku, Tokyo, near Tokyo Bay. I was then on my way for a short and routine early afternoon commuter trip of 19 minutes to Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) in the suburban outskirts of Ota-ku, Tokyo, near Tokyo Bay.
