Open Carry at Eugene Oregon in Alton Baker Park and detained.
I just got to that park from my trip in Medford Oregon. I was only there for 10 minutes and browsing those monuments in the park and all of a sudden, 2 bike officers came to talk to me. Then follow 3 state trooper. Apparently, if a inanimate object scares someone, you are breaking a park rule. Parks rules:

Eugene Oregon Flooding - Alton Baker Park
There was a small break in the weather today, and I had a chance to get out with my Inspire to film some of Alton Baker park that was very much so submerged. Larger than normal amounts of snow pack, plus warm and wet weather has the Willamette Valley flooding like it has not in years.
