I sailed to Desolation Sound this summer. Some of the spots in the video:

Desolation Sound did not disappoint. Although there are plenty of boats (in July and August) and you never feel alone, there is plenty of room and the warm waters are a treat.

85 Foot Cliff Jump - Hague Lake, Cortes Island, BC

Cortes Island has a little bit of everything. Beautiful forests, incredible beaches and really high cliffs. We took full advantage of the summer time-off and paddled out to the prime jumping spot on Hague Lake and climbed up to the top for some premium cliff jumping opportunities.

As far as we know, this cliff is called Death from Above. The surrounding, lower cliffs are The Black Stripe and the ever popular Chair.
