Cal Poly Wine and Viticulture 302
Learn about the class Wine and Viticulture 302 at Cal Poly. This course, wine fermentation laboratory, is taken in a ten week period where students are able to make two wines, a red and a white. Each group is responsible for fermenting their grapes, choosing the varietal they want to make, and bottling their wines. In this video, the students are in the last phase of the class: the bottling process.
