I just started following the Keto WOE but have been part of the Low Carb lifestyle (on and off) for about 10 years. I lost over 100 pounds 10 years ago but put about half of that back on...so I have started back on the wagon. I will have videos following me on the journey.
We spent about 5 years TTCing and decided to go ahead and look into adoption, something I have always thought I would do. This lead us to the Foster Care system and we are now a forever family.

Williamsburg Candy Village
In 2007, Second Baptist Church Houston, Texas did something very special at Christmas time. Along with many other Christmas activities, the Bible Study classes all had the activity of building a ginger bread house based on an actual home from Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. The homes were then placed into a village setting. Many people toured the village and of course experienced the warm welcome of the church family. I was fortunate enough to come in during the morning hours before many arrived and captured some of these scenes which I hope you enjoy.
Independence, Texas General Store near Brenham and Blue Bell Icecream
Time lapse of General Store. Nice little town. Not far from Blue Bell Ice Cream factory and Brenham. Has lots of restored or original buildings from the cotton era. Very nice plant nursery called Antique Rose Emporium. The general store has anything you need just like an old general store including bulk nails and a dog sleeping in store. Tables in the back to eat whatever you might buy there. It is not easy taking a time lapse video in a town where time has nicely stopped.

Independence: The Day...There
I spent a day during the weekend in Independence, tx., historic site of Baylor University and Mary Harden Baylor University (known as the Baylor Women's College at when it was located in Independence). Since this was filmed in April, wildflower season was in full swing during one of the most intense wildflower seasons the region has seen in years.
Includes of footage of the Baylor Women's College site and historic village, the Baylor University historic site, antique rose emporium, and a random field located outside of the Independence city limits (a considerable amount of fields were like this all over Washington County, Tx.).
