Dauphin County, Pa Appalachian Trail bigfoot sighting news story
Dauphin County, Pa. - A Dauphin County man, who wishes to remain anonymous, says he may have caught images of Bigfoot with his flip-cam.
He says he was hiking the Appalachian Trail with his wife back in October when he came across what looked like a fort. He started filming, and says that's when he started hearing strange noises.
You can actually hear it go 'huh-ah,' like a monkey. I mean, deep in the lungs, he said. I panicked. The sounds were loud and they freaked me out, to be honest with you. I told my wife we need to get out of here. There's something up in these woods. ABC 27 Talkback:

When he got home, he saw a strange image on the video.
Here's this thing standing in the middle of the trail, says the man. My wife said, 'What is that?' I said, 'I don't know.'
The video has captured the attention of Bigfoot hunter Tom Biscardi. Tom is the CEO and Founder of the company Hunting For Bigfoot.
Tom says he's passionate about Bigfoot, because he has had sightings himself. He showed us evidence which, he says, he's collected across the United States. He says he found hair samples in Arizona, footprints from Texas, a mummified hand from Montana, and now new video from Pennsylvania.
This is raw footage, says Biscardi. This is the real deal. You've got to understand, I've been doing this for 36 years, and this is the ultimate - to finally come across one of these beasts. And here it is roaming up in these mountains.
Tom and his crew searched the area where the video was shot Sunday afternoon. Tom says he plans on proving Bigfoot exists by capturing one.

Gear list: What was I carrying in hot weather on the Appalachian Trail?
This video shows what I was carrying when I stepped off the trail in early August, in the heat of summer. Temperatures held in the mid 90's with high humidity. I was low on energy and needed to lighten my load, so I went minimalistic!
In 2018 I made the choice to try something huge. Something much bigger than me, something I had dreamed of but never really believed I could accomplish.
In 2019 I tried again.....I got closer to my ultimate goal, but still fell short.
My goal?
To hike the entire length of the Appalachian Trail in one season. That's 2,200 miles on what is considering the most difficult hiking trail in the United States.
What a journey! Such an adventure!
I'm not done yet. I didn't hit my target (Mount Katahdin in Maine) but I DID NOT FAIL because it's IMPOSSIBLE TO FAIL at an attempt!
I'll be trying again, but not until I have taken steps to improve my odds of finishing next time, and I'll be bringing you along for the ride.
Why?
Because I want YOU to chase your dreams too!
We'll do this together!
Whatever goal has eluded you, join me in taking action!
You are never too old to live your best, authentic life!

CHANNEL DEDICATION:
This channel is a thank you note to those who've inspired me to tackle life with all the enthusiasm & strength I can muster.
These videos are my answer to the people who told me:
—I’ve ALWAYS WANTED to play the saxophone but never had time to learn...
—I’d LOVE to backpack through Europe but it’s too late now...
—I WISH I were brave enough to skydive! It looks so fun, but I can't….
—Go back to college at MY age? It’s NOT WORTH IT now….
—I’d love to climb a mountain, but I’m TOO OLD.
It breaks my heart to know that people have dreams that are ignored or pushed aside, to hear a person express a longing they feel they’ll never be able to satisfy…. To these people I say…. PLEASE TRY!
The reasons I should NOT hike the Appalachian Trail are overwhelming, but I need to try.
I can at least do that. I hope you'll cheer for me because I can't do this without YOU.

Hike Along the Appalachian Trail to Mt. Minsi - Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area
The hike to Mt. Minsi in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is a beautiful climb along the Appalachian Trail just on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River.
