Maritime Museum, Halifax - Canada HD Travel Channel
Whenever you travel to Canada don't miss the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic in Halifax. The museum is dedicated to seafaring has several changing exhibitions. The main collection is composed of shipping equipment from different eras and provides a comprehensive overview of the history of seafaring and fishing. A second large collection shows model ships whose main piece is the detailed replica of the RMS Franconia II, the famous ship of the Cunard Line.
A special section deals with the Titanic, who collided with an iceberg 600 miles off Halifax. At that time the dead, injured and survivors were then taken to Halifax. My Nova Scotia: Artsy Halifax
An aspiring artist herself once upon a time, Zoe is loving this assignment. In ARTSY HALIFAX, she starts at the tiny Maud Lewis house at the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. Marvellous, cheery folk art puts her in the mood to learn more about the booming art scene in Halifax. She speaks with artist Gordon MacDonald at Argyle Fine Art about life, work and the support he feels from both visitors and the local community. She then heads to the artist-run Khyber Centre for the Arts where she immerses herself in an exhibition and meets D'Arcy Wilson, an artist with a mad plan... but by that time, it's too late. Zoe is feeling inspired to participate.

The Art House - Halifax, NS, Canada
This is just a common house in Halifax, NS, Canada, where random people just gather together to play their compositions, improvise a jam session, read short stories, poetry, or whatever...
Three songs in this video... The second one (I've got me a woman) is just amazing!! Very nice atmosphere...
This night was very special 'cause we had lots of instruments: violins, bass, sax, banjo, cello, guitars... Besides good voices too.
The first two songs are sung by @bencaplanmusic and cello is played by @juliafeltham

Halifax - Amazing Landmarks and Architecture | Halifax Travel Vlog
Halifax is the capital city of the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, and there are a lot of amazing landmarks and architecture to discover in downtown. Many historic sights to check out include (but not limited to) the Halifax Citadel, the famous Old Town Clock, St. Paul's Anglican Church, Halifax City Hall, and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. When admiring the historic architecture of the city, don't forget to check out the more modern architecture including the Halifax Central Library. While sightseeing in Halifax, visiting the Halifax Public Gardens and the Halifax Waterfront along the harbour is the perfect way to relax and unwind. To get that impressive view of the Halifax cityscape especially at sunset, make sure to take the ferry over to Dartmouth along the Dartmouth Harbourwalk.
Special thanks to fellow traveller CanadianKelsey for giving me an itinerary to follow while checking out Halifax:
