La Paz Baja Mexico
La Paz was quite eventful for us!
We had lots of team building activities.
Camp was beautiful and the owner is an accomplished woman with a story that I was in awe of.
A couple of surron rides with me performing accidental stunts on one of those rides.
Tensions got high and frustrations mounted in high traffic when google maps sent us in circles.
We are a stronger team and I am a better rider because of our time in La Paz.
Swimming with the whale sharks of La Paz (Baja Expeditions)
Baja Expeditions runs live-aboard scuba diving trips and whale shark research expeditions in the Sea of Cortez. This video shows the highlights of the whale shark excursions that our guests went on before and after their week-long trip in late August 2010. (video courtesy of Monte Rook)

Todos Santos Baja Mexico : Swimming with whale sharks in La Paz
Each new video becomes my new favorite video.
Each new place becomes my new favorite place.
Todos Santos is so beautiful. From the brick buildings lining the streets to the perfect beach with an awesome swell for surfers. From the perfect beachfront restaurant with a valley of succulents behind it.
The experience of Todos Santos wasn't just in its beauty. It was in the dinner with friends. Sunset kisses and hours of watching the surfers in free flow with the water as the power of the ocean silenced my mind. And it was in seeing how happy and free my dogs are here
I can't say much about the whale shark experience. I wasn't there. I chickened out after my paddleboard incident in the last video but I think the footage speaks for it's self. I will say everyone was awe struck the rest of the day afterwards. It's a must do!
La Ventana Baja Mexico Part One
La Ventana is now on the list of favorites!!
Having friends here and meeting other friends adds an element fun for sure and put's you in the know for local events, live music and sights to see.
Our campsite is roomy and shady and very cheap.
We did so many fun things here that it was tough to get this movie under twenty minutes.
There is more fun to come in part two and a bonus video of Curtis's epic Sur Ron ride.

La Ventana Baja Mexico Part Two
La Ventana was awesomesauce!
We saw so much beautiful scenery and connected with so many friends here.
The street festival in El Triunfo was such a great day! I got a beautiful dress and exploring and spending time with Phil and Milena made the day even more special.
They interviewed us for their podcast for their company Unhustle. It was such a great interview. The link is below for anyone who wants to listen to how we got started and what our plans are.
We are excited to be moving onto to our next adventure even though we will miss La Ventana.

Overlanding Baja - Ensenada to La Paz
On December 1st we set off on the adventure of a lifetime, as a team of seven - 4 former military men and 3 women - with our eyes and hearts set South. This was an incredible leg of the trip as camped, off-roaded and spearfished our way through the infamous Baja stretch.

La Paz, BCS Mexico 2018
La Paz a dive adventure to southern Baja Mexico. Timed this trip to swim with whale sharks and manta rays. As evidenced by this video it was a success. La Paz is a beautiful destination. Food was awesome people very friendly and generally a great town.
Cortez Club was the dive operator that took us out to the dive sites. Competent and helpful dive masters they took very good care of our group. Thanks ...

Baja Car Ferry from La Paz to Mazatlan, Mexico with a Dog: Overlanding Mexico (Travel Vlog) Ep.13
We take the car ferry with Baja Ferries from La Paz to Mazatlan, across the Sea of Cortez with a dog and a vehicle. The crossing takes about 14 hours NOT including loading and unloading. A cabin would really make this an easy ride, but we didn't plan ahead so none were available when we purchased our tickets the day before.
