There is nothing I hate more than flying into an unfamiliar airport and not knowing what to do. In this video I give some tips on getting a visa and a cheap taxi. Avoid paying 4x normal price.

Use Grab Bali, Not Taxis | Cheapest Airport Transfer, Better Than Uber, Private Driver
If you're looking for the best and cheapest way to travel in style during your stay on Bali, look no further than your phone and the app Grab. I've been a huge fan since I first moved to Malaysia earlier this year. I use their service Grab Car instead of taxis almost daily in Kuala Lumpur, I've used their drivers the couple of times I've travelled to Singapore, and I used Grab Car instead of taxis or Uber exclusively during my recent month in Bali. From the airport to Jimbaran, in and around Seminyak, from the Sheraton in Kuta to Ubud, and from The Mulia near Uluwatu to the ferry port in Padangbai. They offer the cheapest rides to and and from Denpasar's International airport and their drivers are kind and keep new, well-maintained vehicles.

How to get Visa on Arrival and Taxi at Bali Airport (Denpasar Airport)
How to get your Visa on Arrival at Bali International Airport / Denpasar Airport. Don't go through immigration straight away - go to the Visa on Arrival counter and pay US$25 (this is the current amount). You can pay in your local currency - they will accept most currencies but it's faster if you have US dollars. Then go through immigration.
To get a taxi - go to the Taxi Service counter and tell them where you're going - they'll write down the price for you and you will be asked either to pay at the counter or directly to your driver.

This is 3rd time in Bali for me, but I don't use Local taxi, I'm always using Grab hired Taxi.
Especially, Airport Taxi is worst, overcharging and spamming catching.
I never recommend use them.
The way has nothing information and sign about EXIT AIRPORT
but OK, just follow this video walking. you can go outside easily.
