Vihara Satya Dharma Bali - Tanjung Benoa Denpasar Indonesia
Satya Dharma Temple is one of the Tridharma places of worship located in the Benoa Port area, Bali.
Although using the term monastery, this place of worship is actually a place of worship for three religions (Tridharma), namely Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism, as stated in the inauguration inscription.
In addition, like other temples and temples in Bali, this place of worship also shows an acculturation with Balinese Hinduism with pelinggih Padmasana and Tugun Karang in the front corner of the yard.
One Earth's greetings from me
I love Indonesia
-----------------------------------
Aku cinta Indonesia

The Bali Travel Guide serves as a guide and inspiration for people looking to travel to Bali for the first time. The Bali guide suggests sights to see, activities to do, or dishes to eat. It includes my top things to do and places to visit in Bali and is based on my travel to Bali during the summer of 2017. I spent roughly two weeks on the island visiting Ubud, the Gili Islands, and Seminyak.
I tried to add as much helpful information as I could, which I hope provides a good idea on how to travel Bali or at least serve as a form of inspiration. If you have any suggestions or feedback feel free to comment below, as any feedback is appreciated, I hope you find the video useful. Don't forget to like and subscribe for more content!

Denpasar - capital of Bali, Indonesia
English subs available!
For over a century, Bali has fascinated the Western imagination. The island embodies the very essence of the exotic and mysterious East. Steep hillsides of tropical green reveal terraced rice paddies while plantations of coffee, banana, cacao and fragrant spices line the roads. Monkeys haunt the grounds of a sacred temple in a forest, while traditional villages produce intricately stylized batik, superb jewelry and beautiful paintings. And Balinese dance, with its angular movements and rhythms, remains somehow stirring and shocking. Bali may be accessible, but it remains forever exotic.
Tour from the ship. Description:
Feel the artistic pulse of Bali with this five-hour guided excursion that takes you on an arts and crafts adventure through Denpasar and its surroundings villages. There will be a moderate amount of walking so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
After boarding your motorcoach, you'll head southwest along the coast. Looking out toward the sparkling waters of the Badung Straight, you'll see the small island of Nusa Penida, home to a bird sanctuary for endangered Balinese and Indonesian bird species, including the critically endangered Bali starling.
After arriving in Denpasar you may be surprised at the hustle and bustle; it is, after all, Bali's capital city with a population of over 500,000 and a thriving economy. Denpasar, which means next to the market, is aptly named.
Being the center of city in the Island there is one of Center Temple name Jagatnatha Temple Dedicated for main God by Hindu in Denpasar . Although it may look like it's been sitting there for centuries it was actually built in the mid-20th century but its symbolism and holiness is just as sacred as those you'll find throughout the country. Across from the temple you can see Puputan Square, which commemorates the suicidal battle of the Badung rajahs against the Dutch militia in 1906.
Next, you'll tour the Museum Negeri Propinsi Bali, more commonly known as the Bali Museum. Inside this stunning example of Balinese architecture you'll find five pavilions filled with over 10,500 exhibits spread out over 28,000 square feet.
Move further from Denpasar to the east there is Art and Traditional Market of Sukawati , the largest Art Market in Bali . Here, you'll find stalls filled with produce of carving, painting, clothing, costumes, household items, and gold and silver jewelry. Haggling and bartering is expected so feel free to join in.
Now, it's on to more shopping in the village of Celuk, known as the gold and silversmith capital of Bali. During your visit you can shop for jewelry in one of the many markets that line the village before we continue our trip to Kemenuh the near by Village.
In the Village. After a warm welcome, you'll be treated to a cup of coffee accompanied with a slice of kue. Sometimes sweet and sometimes savory, this cake is made with 20 thin layers of different flavors and stacked on top of each other and steamed or fried.
Your final stop is the village of Tohpati, considered the center of Balinese hand weaving and handmade batik prints. The roots of batik date back 2,000 years but it was the Balinese who turned it into an art form. After you disembark, you'll tour a local batik factory and watch the entire process ? from stamping the fabric with wax, to dyeing and finally, the finished product.
At the conclusion of your tour, you'll reboard your coach and travel back to your waiting ship.

Intro song -
Bali 4K || Denpasar Traditional Market || City Tour
Bali Denpasar.
Pasar Badung or Denpasar Traditional Market is a center of town’s economics which is located in Gajah Mada Street, that is main rsteert and become a shopping center of Bali. This traditional market is apposite to the village temple that is one of three biggest temples in Denpasar. It is initially does not as big as like now because have changed experiences and modification which is adapting to the requirement and town growth. This market cannot be discharged from the existence of an existing market in the cross Badung’s river that is called Kumbasari Market. It is because, the local people will feel incompletely go for shopping if they not come to Kumbasari Market. It is especially for the Balinese who want to buy ceremony things stuff

HOW TO LIVE IN BALI INDONESIA - Everything you need to know to Travel to Bali or Live in Bali tips
In this video I share everything you need to know before traveling to Bali on vacation & also how to live in Bali for a month or how to live in bali indefinitely. I show the different places like Ubud, Canggu, Kuta, Seminyak & Jimbaran & the best Hotels & Restaurants.
Nellys Post for best restaurants in Bali:
Hotels in Bali:
Ubud is the spiritual center of Bali & you will find the most temples in Ubud & the surrounding areas. Ubud is a mystical place with the sent of incense sticks in the air & the sound of temples, dancers & traditional music streaming throught the streets.
Canggu is the up & coming area of Bali – you are directly at the water & there are plenty of brand new Restaurants Coffee shops & Bars. Finns Beach is located at the Beach in Canggu is worth a trip itself. Canggu is perfect for digital nomads as internet is generally fast. There is an abundance of coffee shops to work from & the Apartments & Villas are currently cheaper than in other areas.
North Kuta is antother one of my favorite places to stay in Bali just because of its convenience. Its very close to Seminyak, Canggu & South Kuta – has amazing restaurants, coffee shops & grocery stores & is way less expensive than Seminyak or Canggu.
Seminyak is the most touristy area of Bali so it can get very hectic but at the same time you have endless Restaurants & coffee shops to choose from. I would not recommend getting a hotel or apartment there because of the higher prices & the surrounding areas are just a short scooter or taxi ride away.
Jimbaran is more or less the gate to the southern part of Bali. There are far less Restaurants & coffee shops to visit & work from but the coastal line along the southern part of Bali is stunning & the close proximity to the big Temple Pura Luhur are awesome.
Many people come to Bali & never leave the Island. The three Nusa Islands Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan & Nusa Penida. There are so many amazing places to visit on the three islands that are just a short 35min speed road ride away from Bali. We recommend staying on each Island for 2-3 days just to experience places like Devils Tear, Kelingking Beach, Crystal bay & many more.
Now depending on your budget you can live in bali for anywhere from 15 USD or 450 Dollars per month in a private bedroom with sharred bathroom to 50USD or 1500 USD for a lower luxury Villa & everything in between. Hit up the links for our Hotel recommendations below or search for Apartments & Villas on Airbnb. If you plan on staying in Bali for longer periodes of time rent something online for the first week or so & then find & negotiate a place once you are there – this way you will get much better prices.
A scooter will cost you around 40-90 USD per month depending on Model & rental place. If you are on a budget keep in mind that negotiating is almost expected in Bali.
Tourist & Transit Visa on Arrival is available for nationals of these 52 countries & territories. A transit visa for up to 7 (seven) days costs US $10.00, & a tourist visa for up to 30 (thirty) days costs US $25.00.
Nationalities not listed above should obtain a visa prior to departure.
Visa Free Entry & Visa on Arrival facilities are available at the Immigration check-point at these ports & airports.
You can get a 60 day visa in your home country or at one of the countries close to Indonesia like Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore. I have received 60 day visas from both Singapore & Penang in 2006 without any problems. Usually takes about 3 days & you will need a passport that has at least 12 months left on it, two passport photos, photocopy of the first page of your passport & money to pay for the 60 day visa.
For those planning to live in Bali for longer than 60 days, one of the most popular visa options is the Social-Cultural Visa, or Sosial Budaya. While you can typically plan ahead & obtain this type of Visa from your home country, you can also make arrangements for it once you arrive in Bali, so long as you leave the country for the application process & return within 3 months.
Tthe average cost living in Bali is about $1,060 per month considering this covers food, living, office, social & entertainment costs. To attain that same quality of living in America would be close to $2,500 minus the fact that you live on a tropical island where the sun is always shining.
Depend where you are flying from booking flights directly to Denpasar can be pricey. A neat travel hack can be to split your trip into two legs. Booking the longhaul flight to Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur & then your Flight within Asia to Bali with one of the low cost carriers can cut your ticket price in half. For more tricks on how to travel cheap watch this video.

Special thank you to Made for driving us around!
Bali is an amazing place to eat - there are so many incredible dishes, and the unique Balinese culture paired with the food is what makes it so special. In this Indonesian street food tour of Bali, I’m taking you to 6 street food stalls / restaurants in a row, for serious food lovers!
Warung Nasi Bali Men Weti - Some consider this legendary stall, right along the ocean to be the best Balinese local street food spot in Denpasar, Bali, and after eating it, there’s absolutely no room for argument. The plate of food you’ll be served is nothing short of spectacular, full of Balinese flavor.
Price - 25,000 IDR ($1.83) per plate
Warung Mak Beng - Known for their fried fish set, Warung Mak Beng is another legendary Balinese restaurant. Their fish was amazing, both the fish head soup and the fried fish, and not forgetting their amazing sambal. Another must eat when you’re in Bali.
Price - 45,000 IDR ($3.29) per set
Sate Plecing Arjuna - This is a place you come to eat sate plecing, a type of Indonesian street food sate that’s covered in a shrimp paste chili sambal. They were incredibly delicious as well, especially the samel.
Total price - 68,000 IDR ($4.98)
Sate Babi Bawah Pohon - In Bali, pork is very common, and this is probably one of the most well known Indonesian street food stalls in all of Bali. For me the pork sate was a little on the sweet side, however it was still pretty tasty.
Price - 25,000 IDR ($1.83)
Babi Guling Pak Dobiel - When it comes to Balinese food, there’s nothing more famous to try than babi guling, Balinese style roast pig served with all the side dishes. It’s spectacular combination and you’ll find dozens of restaurants serving babi guling. In this Balinese food tour I went to Babi Guling Pak Dobiel, and it’s the best plate of babi guling I had in Bali.
Total price - 100,000 IDR ($7.32) for 2
Warung Kintamani - Ubud - Finally, to finish off this Balinese food tour, we headed back to Ubud and Made, took me to eat mujair nyatnyat, tilapia in a curry sauce. It was awesome delicious, a perfect way to end this Indonesian street food tour of Bali.
Total price - 105,000 IDR ($7.68) for 3
