Today I finally got my opportunity to learn to Kitesurf in Bali! The area Sanur is known for its flat waters and specifically aimed for beginners. Since I am a beginner, don't expect much quality footage of me doing big tricks :-S

Remember that there are no direct ferries from Bali to Lombok. You have to stop over at Gili Islands in order to get to Lombok. Alternatively you can take a plane Bali - Lombok.

Last summer we visited Sanur on the Indonesian island Bali. I had tried kitesurfing once before, but this was only a basic instruction lesson back in Holland. So when I came to Bali and I saw al the kitesurfers I gave it another go, which was of course much nicer in these waters ;)
